This week we took a look at some of the first actions taken by the Marcos administration. We discussed his first 2 executive orders, one of which involves the abolishment of the Presidential Anti-Corruption Commission. We checked how media entities that are critical to the administration reported the incident. We also checked how people reacted to the Rappler infographic on the matter.

We also briefly discussed the renaming of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport to Ferdinand E. Marcos International Airport and how the extension of the EDSA Carousel, LRT, and MRT free rides were received by the people.

We started with our predictions on who will run and if Bato Dela Rosa and B**g Go are just place holders for an even bigger candidate. We also talked about our coverage of the biggest change Leni Robredo made to help her marketability as the opposition bet. We reviewed our takeaways from all the interviews and debates that happened during the campaign period. We also talked about how much social media affected the way B**gbong Marcos and Leni Robredo approached campaigning.

We briefly went over the often overlooked senate, partylist, and local race and how the LGU race may have a more immediate effect on people's quality of life. We also looked back at our Supporters Voice series and how it opened our eyes on how people chose their presidential bet.

This week we explored some of the most obvious issues that avid supporters tend to ignore or deny. We looked at some clear cut and hard facts that for some reason people are refusing to believe.

We talked about how the propaganda machines are working to keep their supporters believing in their cause even when straight up facts that contradict their narratives are available. We wanted to know why even educated people fall into denial when it comes to issues surrounding their chosen candidate.

While it’s not the first time relatives have been in the Senate at the same, this will be the first time that several families will hold multiple seats. We discussed the dangers of lack of representation and the inherent flaws in the senate. We also covered the important functions in the senate in hopes to serve as a guide to measuring the candidates we should vote for in the senate.

The party list candidates are usually the most overlooked candidates during elections. Why are we not paying as much attention to them considering that 20% of the congress is made up of party list representatives?

In this episode we took a quick look at the list of party lists running in the coming May 2022 elections and we tried to search for more information about them. We also talked about how a lot of the party lists' sector that they claim to represent overlaps with other party list groups.
