*Update*
Met back up with Larissa and her husband Alex! We were able to give them 100 dollars so they could stay in hotel, some non-perishable food, a made by , some books for the gorgeous Evelyn, and made plans to play at the park tomorrow! Best part is my friend Lynn is going to speak with Larissa about work if we can make it happen! The world is full of good people in positions that can be fixed so help fix it!

Meet Larissa and Evelyn!
They are immigrants from Romania, and they are part of a family of three. they are down on their luck right now and sleeping in their car when they can make enough money, they sleep in a hotel. I went ahead and got them as much food as I could that would not hinder their movement but I did get their phone number!! She is the cutest thing! So sweet and loving!! Her mom, Larissa seems to really have a big heart and after talking with them I couldn’t help but help. I do not have a lot of followers but if you could please share this and anyone who want to help please just let me know! I am going to meet them again today to give them a stroller and some other things to help out and maybe help find her work. It’s these little things that makes someone’s day and really can make a difference. If you put this kind of positivity out into the universe you will always see it in return. I bought them cause that was requested and it should feed them for at least today and maybe tomorrow but we have to do better.

The garage gym is almost done. Once we are done we don’t have to rely on gyms that may not have our best interest in mind so we can have peaceful workouts without silly rules about equipment like you can use this in this way not not this way…it’s a gym…. Equipment will be used..that’s what it’s for. We also don’t have to worry about gyms surprising it’s customers with unexpected charges or business practices that only benefit the owner. The relationship between business owner and consumer is a PARTNERSHIP not a piggy bank for owners to pick out of.. so we are building this gym in the hopes that we can have a much more positive experience while working out.

Started 2-a-days today this was workout number 2. Great day at !

90 minutes post work out on the the overhead on this is so minimal and it gives a@lot of relevant data. I was introduced to this at a gym we use and I’ll never get another scale. If your gym offers this advice it’s great if not buy your own don’t spend a lot of money to have some place do what you can do everyday!

This mornings work out was amazing and I’m post it later but took some pictures since I’ve been eating whatever I want just to see and they turned out! Managed to keep some physique during my binge lol now to cut the calories again and start losing the jiggle….
