Achieving a 1% physique is not synonymous with looking like a freak. Realistically, you are not walking around with your shirt off around other people very often. In fact, you SHOULDN’T be. When in normal every-day clothes you should look like you’re obviously in good health with a bit of muscle and little to no fat - but NOT like you’re having trouble fitting into basic clothing like jeans and a flannel. Not trendy. Not flashy. Streamlined. Timeless.

Women’s liberation has been an abject failure in every measurable way, including women’s own self-reported happiness and fulfillment levels.

There was a very very good reason men and women were treated as two fully separate classes in society for 1000s of years. It was for both genders own protection and for the prosperity of all human kind.

This is one of most important pieces of information that exists when it comes to understanding sociology and politics. “I know plenty of law-abiding high-earning black people” and “I know plenty of gay people who aren’t degenerates” and “I know plenty of strong women leaders” and “I know plenty of hard working immigrants who don’t abuse our welfare system” and “I know plenty of Jews who don’t support Israel and aren’t nepotistic with their fellow Jews” etc etc etc - these low IQ platitudes are always the retort whenever you point out factual empirical objective truths about these groups.

It is your responsibility as a not-stupid person to hold true to the facts. Blacks males, 6% of the population, commit 50% of all violent crime. The correlation of sexual abuse, homosexuality, pe******ia, depression, self-harm, and STD’s is wildly higher in non heterosexuals. Women are not suited to hold leadership roles in any major civil institutions or the household. Immigrants and non-whites receive an exponentially disproportionate amount of govt funded social benefits as compared to whites. And Jews have 100+ Jews-only advocacy groups whose sole purpose is to advance Jewish interests.

These are all facts regardless of whatever individuals don’t reflect their respective group. Using these facts to protect yourself, your family, and your nation isn’t “racism” or “homophobia” or “bigotry” or “hatred” or “antisemitism.” It is God-given pattern-recognition meant to help you survive.

Never let anyone emotionally blackmail you with slander and insults when in actuality they are simply too brainwashed or too low IQ to discern the difference between groups and individuals.

Whoever says bodybuilding is not an artform does not know what art is. The symmetry. The attention to detail. The understanding of human anatomy. The nuanced practice of posing required to bring it all to life in its highest visual potential. The unseen 1000s of hours of discipline and self-denial. The rejection of social norms in pursuit of one’s own vision. Had a follower ask me for some book recommendations and figured it was a good idea for a post. Here are my top 5 recommendations.

1. The Christian Life and Character of the Civil Institutions of The United States, by Benjamin Morris. This massive book has 1,000 pages of inarguable evidence that America was founded as a Christian country and has always been a Christian country. Do not open your mouth on this topic if you haven’t studied the content of this book as it includes citations from government sources pre-dating the 1776 Freemason infiltration of the American Revolution all the way through to the modern era.

2. Dominion: How The Christian Revolution Remade The World by Tom Holland, a non-Christian author citing many secular historians and scholars about the objective benefits to the world delivered through the evangelization of the Gospel. (Such as ending human slavery, the concept of universal human rights/dignity, the first public hospitals and orphanages, social charity, and much more).

3. More Than A Carpenter by Josh/Sean McDowell. A quick and easy read with some easy apologetics cases for how Christ’s life, death, and resurrection are all probably true - must read for defending the veracity of the Jesus as God.

4. 1984 by George Orwell. Required reading for understanding how all governments work in the shadows, why war is fostered and will never go away, how/why authoritarian regimes are so dangerous to mankind, the origins of censorship and surveillance, etc.

5. Principles of War: A Handbook for Strategic Evangelization by Jim Wilson. A quick read laying out practical and methodical solutions for Christians fighting the spiritual war in the great commission.

My personal opinion on the fake elections. The two party Republic is part of the bread and circus. It’s glorified WWE reality TV. It is nothing more than a pacifying instrument to keep the 350 million people in this country under the guise that they live in a democracy where their input matters - when it doesn’t.

Voting makes people feel good. It allows them to practice the same tribalism that is innate to human nature no different than being a fan of a football team and seeing them “win” as if they, as fans, had something to do with the victory.

The truth is that every national leader is anointed based on the interests of the people ABOVE them - not BELOW them. It baffles me that so many people refuse to accept this. In the rare event a revolutionary individual or movement poses a risk to the trillionaire bankers these people/movements are simply killed and their revolutions quelled with them.

Your individual contentment lies in accepting this is how human civilization works - not living in naive idealism that some politician is going to save you or your family or your country.

Jesus Christ is the only path to Truth and salvation.

We knew this was coming. After exposing as a cryptojew the very next day 6 of my posts get mass-reported. And so having been unbanned for a whopping 1 month and building my following back up to 1 million impressions per month…they banned me again. I can’t do livestreams and my content has been removed from the algorithm, my posts will only be shown to people who already follow me, I can’t be tagged in posts, when you forward my content it’s flagged as “dangerous or misleading content”, all of which will bring my monthly engagement down by 95% again (exactly what happened during the last 90 day ban).

People are waking up to the realization that the obvious declining state of our country is spiritual in nature. Politics and politicians are necessary constructs in a functional society - but as our founding fathers knew, “democracy” is only fruitful if the constituents share foundational agreements on our ultimate authority (Jesus who is God vs Man-Made Governments).

When 50% of the participants in a democracy don’t believe in God, the model no longer works because the majority simply installs anti-faith policies, promotes science idolatry, hedonism, and so on. Having lost the majority, under the democratic model, people with the Faith are helpless to watch their ability to influence politics disappear as egoism, which is satanism, becomes the social norm. Dishonesty and corruption are given free trade, sinful crimes go unpunished, and godlessness becomes the official policy of the government/education.

There is only one antidote to reverse America’s free fall.

Revival. People must read their bibles. Go to church. Pray. Find other Christians. Put the King back on His throne. This will lead to repentance at a national level and prayer at a national level. Both of which we desperately need.

You can do your part simply by reading and sharing the word of God. There will be blowback - but do not be afraid. When you post the Bible verse on your social media, when you say you love Jesus Christ, or that Christ is the only Truth…those who call themselves tolerant will reveal their intolerance. Those who claim to be woke will reveal themselves to be asleep. Jesus is the light of the world - the Truth that reveals all. The only hope for me, you, all of us.

This has been happening to God’s people for thousands of years. America circa 2024 is not worse than anything in the Bible. The Bible alone, not including secular history, explains to us countless examples of this cycle of Nations obediently following God, then falling away and thus being judged, then humbly reconciling, then falling away again, then repenting again, then falling away AGAIN, repeat 100x. This is why it is critical to read and understand the OLD TESTAMENT as a Christian - not just our namesakes New Testament.

The OT books are every bit as divinely authored by God as the NT - to neglect studying them is to neglect the study of biblical sociology, which is the study of societal behavior as it relates to the Bible.

There are 100’s of examples of societies rising and falling dependent on their current relationship with God, including the many prophets who spoke warnings of this perpetual cycle of apostasy only to be hated by those who most needed to hear those warnings.

We don’t need a crystal ball to know where society is heading. We have the Bible to tell us exactly what happens. We will be judged to the point that some of the prideful are forced to humble themselves, the rest who refuse to humble themselves will be lost. If there is enough love for God in this country after this period of judgement, we will enjoy a revival of faith and God will bless this nation again.

My YouTube now has two 2 strikes - if I incur another one within 90 days I lose the entire account. I just watched the timestamp of the interview video where they claimed I used hate speech and there’s absolutely nothing there that could be construed as hateful, big surprise. But it doesn’t matter. Almost all of the community guidelines strikes are bot-driven using AI, listening for keywords with no regard to context. Go watch the video on rumble yourself, they claim 29:52 is where I violated community guidelines on hate speech.
