This weekend! Our EUROPEAN PREMIERE at London’s !

But don’t worry - you don’t need to be in London to enjoy their “Sohome” program!
“15 Features and over 40 short films streaming exclusively as our annual home invasion to your screens.” Running December 7th-10th!

A bit about the festival:
“Summon yourself this winter as Soho Horror Fest returns for a sprawling 2023 hybrid edition. Spread over two weekends and boasting two unique film programmes: exhuming from the crypts of the Whirled Cinema, South London, then bringing the ritual to your inner sanctums with a 4 day long online home-invasion of screenings and special events. Over thirty features and 50 short films have been painstakingly conjured from the very best in independent genre cinema, all set to make even the hardiest cult member sh*t their robes.

Shattering the shackles of horror normalcy is the name of the game at this year’s Soho Horror Fest, things are gonna get weird.”

About the Theatre:

“The Guild Cinema is described as ‘a safe haven for Albuquerque cinephiles and subculturists alike’ and the only remaining arthouse theater in the City of Albuquerque. The Guild is a retro-inspired theater that focuses on screening ‘limited release, international & art-house flicks.’

‘The Guild Cinema first opened its doors in 1966, quickly shifting their offerings from independent art films to much more lucrative po*******hy showings. The theater traded hands in 1971, beginning again as a revival cinema before shifting back to its independent art house roots which persist to this day. Through its diverse programming, The Guild has been providing “eclectic cinema 7 days a week” to local cinephiles for decades.”

About the Theatre:

“The Grand Illusion Cinema is the longest-running independent cinema in Seattle, and has become a landmark of the film community.

Opened in 1970 by Randy Findley in a converted dentist’s office, the cinema became the city’s first arthouse, showcasing foreign and revival films. The cinema was such a success it led to Randy’s opening the Seven Gables Cinema and eventually starting the local Seven Gables Theatres chain, which inevitably got swallowed by the national Landmark Cinema Corporation. The Grand Illusion was never part of the Seven Gables chain; it has remained a popular independent venue.

A nonprofit film arts organization, the Northwest Film Forum, saved the theater from closure in 1997, remodeled it, and revitalized interest in the venerable institution. Since 2004, a strong group of dedicated staff and volunteers focus attention and energy on continuing the tradition of this treasured cinema. Over the years, literally hundreds of cinema classics, rarities and truly independent cinema from around the world have been presented in the charming confines of The Grand Illusion Cinema.”
