It is almost December and these bucks are still out fighting and searching for ladies. This young fella caught site of the decoy from across the field and booked it straight to the decoy. With mouth open, tongue out, and a limp that would suggest he’s been partaking in scrap, this buck showed enough signs to claim the rut is still active. He had his nose in the behind of the decoy before he realized something wasn’t right. He wondered off and within an hour, five other bucks followed suit. Keep on your toes hunters, these bucks are still out being reckless.
The best season of the year is approaching. Who else is chomping at the bit to sit in the woods with a bow? To hang out in the heart of nature, and be in the most raw form of reality.
