𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗕𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗠𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗜𝗔𝗚𝗘 𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗖𝗘 𝗘𝗩𝗘𝗥

👩‍❤️‍👨Choose to love each other even in those moments when you struggle to like each other. Love is a commitment, not a feeling.

👩‍❤️‍👨Always answer the phone when your husband/wife is calling and when possible, try to keep your phone off when you’re together with your spouse.

👩‍❤️‍👨Make time together a priority. Budget for a consistent date night. Time is the “currency of relationships” so consistently invest time into your marriage.

👩‍❤️‍👨Surround yourself with friends who will strengthen your marriage and remove yourself from people who may tempt you to compromise your character.

👩‍❤️‍👨Make laughter the soundtrack of your marriage. Share moments of joy, and even in the hard times, find reasons to laugh.

👩‍❤️‍👨In every argument, remember that there won’t be a “winner” and a “loser.” You are partners in everything so you’ll either win together or lose together. Work together to find a solution.

👩‍❤️‍👨Remember that a strong marriage rarely has two strong people at the same time. It’s usually a husband and wife taking turns being strong for each other in the moments when the other feels weak. Prioritize what happens in the bedroom. It takes more than s*x to build a strong marriage, but it’s nearly impossible to build a strong marriage without it!

👩‍❤️‍👨Remember that marriage isn’t 50-50, divorce is 50-50. Marriage has to be 100-100. It’s not splitting everything in half, but both partners giving everything they’ve got!

👩‍❤️‍👨Give your best to each other, not your leftovers after you’ve given your best to everyone else.

👩‍❤️‍👨Learn from other people, but don’t feel the need to compare your life or your marriage to anyone else’s. God’s plan for your life is masterfully unique!

👩‍❤️‍👨Don’t put your marriage on hold while you’re raising your kids or else you’ll end up with an empty nest and an empty marriage.

👩‍❤️‍👨Never keep secrets from each other. Secrecy is the enemy of intimacy.

👩‍❤️‍👨Never lie to each other. Lies break trust and trust is the foundation of a strong marriage.

👩‍❤️‍👨When you’ve made a mistake, admit it and humbly seek forgiveness. You should be quick to say, “I was wrong. I’m sorry. Please forgive me.”

👩‍❤️‍👨When your husband/wife breaks your trust, give them your forgiveness instantly which will promote healing and create the opportunity for trust to be rebuilt. You should be quick to say, “I love you. I forgive you. Let’s move forward.”

👩‍❤️‍👨Be patient with each other. Your spouse is always more important that your schedule.

👩‍❤️‍👨Model the kind of marriage that will make your sons want to grow up to be good husbands and your daughters want to grow up to be good wives.

👩‍❤️‍👨Never talk badly about your spouse to other people or vent about them online. Protect your spouse at all times and in all places.

👩‍❤️‍👨Always wear your wedding ring. It will remind you that you’re always connected to your spouse and it will remind the rest of the world that you’re off limits!

👩‍❤️‍👨Connect into a community of faith. A good church can make a world of difference in your marriage and family.

👩‍❤️‍👨Pray together. Every marriage is stronger with God in the middle of it.

👩‍❤️‍👨When you have to choose between saying nothing or saying something mean to your spouse, say nothing every time!

👩‍❤️‍👨Never consider annulment as an option. Remember that a “perfect marriage” is just two imperfect people who refuse to give up on each other.

☑️ Sleep early the night before to energized yourself for worship on this special day

☑️ Wake up one hour before the Fajr time to eat Suhoor

☑️ Pray at least 4 rakat of night prayers and supplicate to Allah while in a state of sujood and thank Him for allowing you to witness this blessed day and ask Him to give you success on this day.

☑️ Spend the remaining time before Fajr reciting Istighfar (asking Allah for forgiveness) so that you may be written as those who ‘’seek forgiveness before dawn.” (51:18)

☑️ Get ready for the Fajr by performing wudu and imagine your sins being forgiven with every last drop of water.

☑️ Say the dua for the completion of wudu

☑️ Attend Fajr in Masjid (or at home for women) and remain in your place until 15-20 minutes after sunrise. (**if safe**)

☑️ During this time, read Quran, make tasbeeh, tahleel, tahmeed, and takbeer (Allahu Akbar, la ilaha ila Allah, Alhamdulilah) and say the morning Adhkar.

☑️ Pray two rakat of sunrise so it is recorded for you the reward of hajj and umrah (in sha Allah).

☑️ On your way walking to/from the mosque, give charity to anyone in need.

☑️ If you are able to stay awake and continue with making dua, reading Quran and lots of Dhikr then do so.

☑️ Or, if you prefer to take a nap during this time, make the intention of doing so to re-energize yourself for the worship of Allah.

☑️ After you wake up, make wudu and pray 2 rakat or more of Duha prayer (this can be prayed 15-20 min before Duhr)

☑️ Pray the Duhr with the included sunnah prayers (4 rakat before Duhr and 2 after)

☑️ Increase the recommended dhikr of the day of Arafah:

La ilaha ila Allah wahdahu la sharika lah, lahu al-mulk wa lahu al-hamd, wa huwa `ala kulli shay’in qadir
(There is no god worthy of worship but Allah, alone, without partner. His is the sovereignty, and His the praise, and He has power over everything).

☑️ Listen to the Arafah speech if you are able to

☑️ Pray the Asr and recite the evening Adhkar

☑️ Read as much Quran as possible and especially increase your dua before the adhan of the Magrhib. Pray for yourself, loved ones and the Ummah.

☑️ Make dua that the sun of Arafah doesn’t set until you are saved from the Hell-fire.

☑️ Break your fast on an odd number of dates

May Allah accept our good deeds.

The Banguingui, also known as Sama Banguingui or Samal Banguingui (with alternative spellings including Bangingi’, Bangingi, Banguingui, Balanguingui, and Balangingi), are a distinct ethnolinguistic group native to Balanguingui Island. They are also dispersed throughout the Greater Sulu Archipelago and the southern and western coastal regions of the Zamboanga Peninsula in Mindanao, Philippines. They are part of the larger group collectively known as the Sama-Bajau peoples. The Banguingui are not officially recognized by law in either the Philippines or the neighboring Malaysian state of Sabah.

The Banguingui language has both written and oral traditions. The written form uses the Jawi script, which is rapidly becoming a dying tradition. Oral traditions are passed down by the k**attoahan (elders) to the kaanakan or anak baha-u (new generations).

The Banguingui built kuta (forts) throughout the Sulu Archipelago. Like their Sama cousins, they sailed various ships such as the vinta, salisipan, or bangka-bangka throughout the Sulu-Sulawesi region. At the height of the Sulu Sultanate, the Banguingui, along with the Iranun people, formed the bulk of the Sultan's navy, leading coastal raids against settlements in the northern Philippines and the coasts of Borneo, Sulawesi, and the Maluku Islands. They were heavily involved in piracy and the slave trade during the 18th and 19th centuries. The Banguingui typically sailed garay warships, in contrast to the lanong used by the Iranun.

Queen Cleopatra VII of Egypt.

Cleopatra was a remarkable figure in ancient Egypt, known for her strategic abilities and political acumen.

She was born in 69 BC and ruled Egypt alongside her father and later her brothers before eventually becoming the sole ruler.

Cleopatra was highly educated, fluent in multiple languages, and known for her charm and wit.
One of the most famous aspects of Cleopatra's life was her relationships with two Roman leaders, Julius Caesar and Mark Antony.

These relationships were not only romantic but also politically significant, as they helped Cleopatra maintain her power and influence in the region.

Cleopatra's involvement with these Roman leaders played a crucial role in the political landscape of the time.
Despite her efforts to align with powerful figures, Cleopatra's reign faced challenges, particularly with the rise of Octavian (later Emperor Augustus) in Rome.

The Battle of Actium in 31 BC marked the end of Cleopatra's alliance with Mark Antony and ultimately led to her tragic end.
Cleopatra's legacy endures through history as a symbol of female power and leadership in a male-dominated world.

Her story continues to captivate people worldwide, showcasing her as a complex and fascinating historical figure in the tapestry of ancient Egypt.

06/06/2024

The Arabian historian Al-Maqrizi wrote that the Great Pyramid was built by a king named Saurid, who lived before the Great Flood. In Hebrew, he is known as Enoch. With his advanced understanding of planetary events, Enoch foresaw the flood and instructed the construction of the pyramids to preserve treasures and knowledge. Renowned author Erich von Däniken believes the pyramids were constructed using alien technology from an advanced race.

The pyramid is composed of roughly 2.5 million stone blocks. Technology requires a history of development, learning to move and cut stones and transport them. If Khufu built the pyramid, there was no time for technological evolution from the Stone Age. However, if Enoch, who was taught by extraterrestrials, constructed it, this aligns with the advanced planning required. The pyramid's interior features complex shafts and rooms, indicating engineering and design skills that Stone Age people lacked.

Exploring the Queen's Chamber in 1992, German engineer Rudolf Gantenbrink's robot discovered a shaft with a small limestone door. In 2002, another robot from the National Geographic Society drilled a small hole in the door, revealing another wall behind it. Further exploration confirmed complex planning and engineering beyond the capabilities of Khufu's time.

Historian Herodotus documented a crystal-clear lake beneath the Great Pyramid, containing a sarcophagus with gifts from the Egyptian god Osiris. Modern radar scans in 2017 revealed a void under the pyramid, supporting Herodotus' account.

Erich von Däniken has explored the pyramids for decades, suggesting that Enoch, taught by extraterrestrials, used advanced technology for construction. The pyramid's purpose was to preserve knowledge for future generations. Enoch's writings, given to his son Methuselah, were meant to be safeguarded for humanity after the flood.

The Great Pyramid remains a mystery, with many unexplored shafts and chambers. Advanced technology and precise engineering suggest influences beyond the capabilities of ancient human civilizations. The pyramid's alignment with stars and its complex interior planning imply knowledge passed down from extraterrestrial teachers.

Von Däniken and historian Robert Bauval suggest the pyramids align with the stars of Orion's belt, linking the god Osiris with the constellation. This celestial connection supports the idea that the pyramids were constructed with astronomical knowledge from visitors beyond Earth. The Great Pyramid stands as a testament to the advanced knowledge and engineering skills of ancient civilizations, potentially influenced by extraterrestrial beings.

1.ANNANAH

3.HADDAQAH
4.BARRAQAH
5.SHADDAQAH.

Alexander The Great Last Three Wishes!

When Alexander The Great, after conquering kingdoms returning to his country, he fell ill that led him to his deathbed. He gathered his generals and told them, “I will depart from this world soon, I have three wishes, please carry them out without fail.”

The king asked his general to abide by these last wishes:

1) The Greek king of Macedon said, “My physicians alone must only carry my coffin.”

2) “I desire that when my coffin is being carried to the grave, the path leading to the graveyard be filled with the wealth that I collected,” the king said.

3) “My third and last wish is that both my hands be kept hanging out of my coffin,” Alexander said.

The generals agreed to abide by their king’s last wishes and asked him the reason for doing so. Alexander said, “I want the world know the three lessons I have just learnt.” The king interpreted his wishes and continued; “I want my physicians to carry my coffin because people should realize that no doctor on this earth can really cure anybody. They are helpless in front of death.”

Describing his second wish, the king said: “I spent all my life earning riches but cannot take anything with me. Let people know that wealth is nothing but dust.” Thirdly, I wish people to know that I came empty handed into this world and I will go empty-handed.”

What is happiness? The meaning of happiness.

A famous Turkish poet requested his famous painter friend to make a painting on happiness. So, he made a painting of a family sleeping peacefully on a creaking bed.

One leg of that bed was broken and two bricks were placed there. The roof of that dilapidated house was also leaking. The dog of the house was also sleeping peacefully on the bed. This painting of became immortal.

Look deeply at this immortal painting and think what happiness really is!! Actually, after seeing this picture, I feel that happiness is not the absence of problems, but in accepting the situation of trouble with ease.

Try to see the good in whatever you have, no matter how bad the situation is. Stop being sad about such things, which are not in your control.

Whenever your heart starts sinking, look at this immortal painting. Always be satisfied and sleep peacefully.

Lots of love and affection to you all.

"The Art of War" by Sun Tzu is a classic text on strategy, tactics, and warfare. Here are seven key lessons from the book:

1. Know Yourself and Know Your Enemy:
- "If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles."
- Understanding both your own capabilities and those of your adversary is crucial for success.

2. Strategic Planning:
- "All warfare is based on deception."
- Effective planning and the element of surprise are essential in gaining the upper hand.

3. Flexibility and Adaptation:
- "In the midst of chaos, there is also opportunity."
- Being adaptable and flexible in your strategies allows you to exploit opportunities as they arise.

4. Importance of Leadership:
- "A leader leads by example, not by force."
- Strong leadership involves setting an example and inspiring rather than coercing.

5. Efficiency in Warfare:
- "The supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without fighting."
- The most effective victory is one that is achieved with minimal conflict and resource expenditure.

6. Utilize Strengths and Exploit Weaknesses:
- "Attack him where he is unprepared, appear where you are not expected."
- Focus on your strengths and exploit your enemy's weaknesses to gain a tactical advantage.

7. Preparation and Timing:
- "He will win who, prepared himself, waits to take the enemy unprepared."
- Proper preparation and choosing the right moment to act are key to successful engagements.

These lessons highlight the timeless principles of strategy and leadership that are applicable beyond the context of warfare, extending into business, sports, and personal development.

Iranian president confirmed dead in helicopter crash

Iranian president confirmed dead in helicopter crash Ebrahim Raisi, 63, was elected president in 2021, after a decades-long career in the judiciary

Iranian state media have confirmed that President Ebrahim Raisi was killed in a helicopter crash on Sunday in the northwestern province of East Azerbaijan.

His entire entourage, including Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and Governor of East Azerbaijan Malek Rahmati, also perished.

The head of state had traveled to the border region after joining Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev on Saturday to inaugurate a dam. Raisi had pledged to visit each of Iran’s 30 provinces at least once a year, and regularly traveled around the country.

Reports of a “crash landing” began circulating on Sunday afternoon, with Iranian state media citing Interior Minister Ahmad Vahidi. IRNA news agency reported dense fog in the mountainous area where the aircraft went down.

Raisi was traveling in a US-made Bell 212. Low visibility and the impassibility of the area made search operations difficult, IRNA wrote.

Rescue teams finally managed to locate the crash site on Monday morning with the help of Turkish surveillance drones.

The wreckage was discovered in a wooded area on a mountain slope. The aircraft was severely damaged and charred, and there were no signs of survivors, the Iranian Red Crescent Society said.

With Raisi’s passing, First Vice President Mohammad Mokhber is expected to take office as interim leader.

A representative of the republic’s conservative wing, Raisi, was elected in 2021. Before assuming the presidency, he had worked his way up from Prosecutor and Deputy Prosecutor in Tehran in the 1980s and 1990s all the way to attorney general, and later chief justice.

Innalillahi wa Inna Ilaihi Raziun.

Rest in peace, Sir !!

We will remember your death. This great death of yours will be immortalized in this world of cowards.

The history of this brutal time will be written on earth one day.

Your name will be on the hero page of that history. We bear witness that while most of the leaders of the Muslim world sat like cowards, you fought and died like heroes.

For this death there is pain, regret, but no complaint. May Allah keep you well. May Jannatul Firdaus grant.

Ameen!

The Moors were a group of North Africans who conquered and ruled Spain for nearly 781 years, from 711 to 1492. They entered the Iberian Peninsula, Spain, after crossing the Strait of Gibraltar, passing through Morocco. African Moors were known for their exceptional architecture and engineering skills, and they built numerous impressive structures, such as universities and mosques in Spain, which still stand to this day. They made significant contributions in various fields, including math, medicine, chemistry, philosophy, astronomy, botany, bricklaying and history. The African Moors were the first to introduce the use of Arabic numbers in Europe, which are still used today. They also made significant advances in medicine, developed treatments for various diseases and created medical textbooks that were widely used. In addition, the African Moors were skillful astronomers and developed advanced techniques to measure time and determine the position of celestial bodies. They also made important contributions to botany, introducing new plants in Spain and creating gardens admired by many. African Moors were also known for their expertise in bricklaying and built numerous impressive structures, such as Granada's Alhambra, considered one of the most beautiful and impressive buildings in the world. Finally, they also wrote extensively about their history, creating numerous historical texts that are still being studied today.

🔘 ABOUT MOORS:

“Moor, in English usage, a Moroccan or, formerly, a member of the Muslim population of al-Andalus, now Spain and Portugal. Of mixed Arab, Spanish, and Amazigh (Berber) origins, the Moors created the Islamic Andalusian civilization and subsequently settled as refugees in the Maghreb (in the region of North Africa) between the 11th and 17th centuries”

The word derives from the Latin term Maurus, first used by the Romans to denote an inhabitant of the Roman province of Mauretania, comprising the western portion of present-day Algeria and the northeastern portion of present-day Morocco.

The term is of little use in describing the ethnic characteristics of any groups, ancient or modern. From the Middle Ages to the 17th century, however, Europeans depicted Moors as being black, “swarthy,” or “tawny” in skin colour. (Othello, Shakespeare’s Moor of Venice, comes to mind in such a context.) Europeans designated Muslims of any other complexion as “white Moors,” despite the fact that the population in most parts of North Africa differs little in physical appearance from that of southern Europe (in Morocco, for example, red and blonde hair are relatively common).

The term Moorish continues to be widely used to describe the art, architecture, and high culture of Muslim Andalusia and North Africa dating from the 11th century onward.

Sa mga Misis, just incase may nakalimutan ako, feel free to add 😍

Men are s*xual beings.
Women are emotional beings.

There’s nothing wrong with men being s*xual and us (women) being emotional.

😂 Good personal hygiene is a must.

2. FEELING NILA HINDI NA SILA ATTRACTIVE

She hates her body. Feeling nya rice terraces na yung patong-patong na bilbil nya. Feeling losyang na sya. So much of a woman’s libido is tied up in feeling like she is desired. It isn’t enough for you to actually desire her. She has to feel as if she’s worthy of being desired.

TIP: Boost her self-image!

Seriously, in the first place hindi naman dapat kayo nanonood ng p**n.

God designed s*x to be threefold: spiritually intimate (feeling like you’re one); emotionally intimate; and physically intimate.

Make her feel that you really love her and you want to express it.

Kaya mo yan.

4. SEXUALLY ABUSED SYA BEFORE

Pwedeng hindi rin talaga sayo ang problem. Perhaps she grew up with s*x being used as a weapon against her o kaya she was abused or assaulted. Then it’s very hard to get excited about s*x in your marriage. Ask her kung meron siyang hindi magadang experience from her past and help her resolve and move on from it.

TIP: Ask for professional help or counseling kung hindi nyo maresolve ng kayo lang.

5. HINDI SYA NALILIGAYAHAN

Wag naman climax agad! 😂 Medyo lumigoy-ligoy ka naman. 😅 Wag mo agad tumbukin ang bull’s eye. Di nako mag-explain further, gets nyo nako. 😆

Alam mo ba for women, s*x is a whole day affair! Yes! Noooooo! S*x starts in the kitchen! Be creative! Be sincere.

Make her feel great! 🤩

TIP: Figure out how to make it feel good for her! Remember that her s*xual pleasure matters. Don’t be selfish. Kung hindi mo mahuli kiliti niya be honest and tanungin mo kung anong preferences nya.

TIP: Heart to heart talk muna bago mo ik**a. Kamustahin mo. Ask her kung na-offend mo ba sya or baka may issues kayo na kailangan munang maayos. Take the lead. Ikaw na maunang mag-initiate. Wag mo din iparamdam na kaya mo gusto iresolve ang issues ay dahil gusto mo lang ng s*x 😅 Though pwede ka naman maging honest 🤣 You want to resolve marital issues because you want your marriage to thrive, bonus nalang ang s*x 😉

She can’t say yes to everything.

8. CONSUMED SIYA

Mahusay mag-multitask ang mga babae. Madami silang iniisip at iniintindi. Kaya kapag anxious sila or worried sa madaming bagay hirap silang mag-focus or mag-concentrate sa s*x.

For men, s*x is nice distraction. For women, distractions make s*x virtually impossible.😂

TIP: If she’s worried, listen to her. Let her talk. Pray with her. Be patient. Sometimes she needs the reminder to put things in God’s hands! 😅

9. FEELING DISCONNECTED SIYA SAYO

Men make loved in order to feel loved, whereas women need to feel loved in order to make love.

Naalala nyo nung bagong kasal kayo? Ang dalas nyo mag-s*x. Ihi lang halos ang pahinga 😂 Bakit? Connected kayo sa isa’t-isa. You do things together. You talk, as in unli-talk talaga. Wala pa kayong ibang iniintindi kundi ang isa’t-isa.

Pero ngayon iba na. Minsan kahit magkasama kayo lagi you feel disconnected with each other kasi distracted kayo sa maraming bagay.

TIP: Disconnect to connect. Rekindle the fire. Look for a marriage counselor that can intervene. Wag mahihiyang magpatulong.

Gaya ng lagi kong sinasabi “Marriage is Hardwork and HEARTwork”. Marriage is not just about s*x. S*x and intimacy is just a fruit of a thriving marriage. I pray for every struggling couple na nagbabasa nito ngayon.. may you find this helpful. 💜
