Doodh thool is a Kashmiri dish made with eggs and milk

4 eggs
1 Full glass of milk
one onion
garlic 5 buds
salt
turmeric

Fry the onion in oil add salt and chilies add milk when onions turn brown, add milk let it simmer after the milk starts to boil add fried or whole eggs to the broth. cook it for a minute on a high flame and your Doodh thool is ready
