Are you willing to let go of clients that don't fit your strategy/growth?

The last three weeks have been tough as I have to let go of a long-time client because we don't fit anymore. I've made suggestions on how we can still work but unfortunately, it's the end for us. I've learned a lot from them and I am glad that I was able to contribute a lot to their business too.

I have to make some adjustments to my day-to-day and open doors for new clients that need my support. I also took that chance to take a break for a while that's why I've been MIA.

But I'm BACK and FULLY CHARGED!

Lesson for today?

Letting go of clients that don't fit your strategy or growth is not a bad thing. Sometimes you have to be a bit selfish so that you can go out of your comfort zone.

I remember when I used to travel 5 hours for work every single day. 😵

IT'S VERY EXHAUSTING.

Commuting to work is the worst, isn’t it? 😣 Especially when you've experience the traffic in the Philippines.

All the energy I had would go down the drain, literally, due to the long hours of waiting for a bus or train, and then more hours for you to arrive to your destination. 🤦‍♀️

That's why I'm so grateful that I took the risk to change my path. ❤

Because now, I can experience more in life, not sitting on a bus.

Common mistake PROPERTY BUSINESS OWNERS do on their social media is NOT showcasing their property projects PROPERLY. 🤦‍♀️

To ensure your property is seen by potential investors, 🧐 you need to understand that your Instagram is nothing less than a digital brochure. It’s the best space to showcase your projects and attract targeted leads. 😉

Make sure to:

✅ use high quality images and videos of the property,

✅ showcase the property location,

✅ let your potential investors see who's working behind the project;

✅ and give them a sneak peak on the "what" and "why" of the property.

Here’s what I think about lowballing Social Media Managers from the Philippines. 🙁

Your service’s worth depends on what you can bring to the business and not on your cost of living. 😉

I have encountered a lot of business owners who offer very low price rates for Social Media Managers who reside in the Philippines. 😔 And the reason they’ve been giving is that we only live in a country where we have a low cost of living. 😑

Does that sound fair to you? 🤦‍♀️

Well for us, or at least for me, IT'S ABSOLUTELY NOT! 🙅‍♀️

Now imagine, we help bring thousands and thousands of dollars into your business because of the quality service we provided, wouldn’t it be right to be grateful and provide us the value we deserve? 😐

Just saying… 🤷‍♀️

Most of the people in the Philippines can also provide high quality services like in any other country or sometimes even better. 😎 We even care about you and your business, that’s why most of the time we go beyond just to provide help and support. ❤

So, I think it's time to wake up and stop looking at Social Media Managers from the Philippines that way. 🙏

Most of the time, a loose set of directions is all you need to find your way. But sometimes, a road map provides a clear picture to get you where you’re going faster. 🤷‍♀️

That's why I'm more of a clear-direction person than the loose-guidelines one. 😉

I believe that having to follow a clear direction leads to a better result. 💯 You'll be able to do exactly what is needed to be done because undirected, aimless guidelines end up with aimless, disjointed work. 🤦‍♀️

Even on social media, it is better to get straight to the point. People want a clear guidelines they can trust.

So I think, if you want to build trust, get to your point quickly and focus focus 🤓 on what is the most important to you and let your audience take in the rest.

2021 Facebook Algorithm Ranking Signals

How updated are you? 🤔

Being able to reach your target audience is very important for your content to convert.

To have contents that convert, you need to make sure that you know the most recent Facebook algorithm! To help you with that here are the four signals for algorithm ranking:

✅ POST RECENCY - Which post should be placed in the highest position? The newer the post, the higher its place.

✅ RELATIONSHIP - What accounts does the user engage in often? The more engagement with your target audience the higher the place of your post will be.

✅ CONTENT TYPE - What kind of content does the user frequently engage with? Do they react or engage more with videos, pictures, links, or other types of content? The more attention you get from your audience, the higher its place when your audience is scrolling through their feeds.

✅ POPULARITY - Of course this will always be a factor. The higher the number of engagements or reactions the post has, the higher its place.

Being updated with the most recent algorithm on Facebook is crucial in establishing your brand! Be updated my friend!

Hi, there friend!

I’ve taken courses to make sure that I will be able to provide 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 because 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 to me. This is a phrase that I saw in some coffee shop a long time ago and it just stuck in me since then. I know 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 in life but we should also know that it will remain just a dream if we don’t act on it.

It will not be a waste if we allot time and effort to plan on how we can achieve our goals in life, because it’s doesn’t matter if we have small steps to it, what’s important is we did make a step.
