Imposter Syndrome

Transparency moment here. When I got out of the military in 2021, I landed the highest paying job I had ever had with a company in Washington DC! I was winning awards, getting great reviews from my client, and even up for a promotion and bonus within my first 6 months!! And guess what I did… QUIT! I let my anxieties of not being deserving or not “fitting in” talk me out of my bag yall!!! They did everything within their power to keep me at that job and I still walked. Looking back, I wish I wouldn’t have let the job go so soon. But nobody told me about something called imposter syndrome so I didn’t know how to handle it let alone fight it!
