3 things I can’t leave without:
1. Water bottle (I’m always thirsty! 🥵 also I’m obsessed with my Stanley)
2. Lip balm. My biggest pet peeve is dry lips 😫 I can’t stand it
3. A shoulder bag because of the obvious, I have so much stuff

If you’re a brother you might not understand. Those girls who get it, get it. Who can r'elate 🙋🏻‍♀️ I know I’m a high maintenance girly and I don’t mind because it makes life enjoyable ✨🥰

sometimes it feels like our troubles happened one after the next, literally how i felt this week. After reading these chapters, i felt really confident taking on my problems one at a time and realizing my feelings are completely normal 🤍

some recent notes 🤎 do you deal with extreme anxiety? 🙋🏻‍♀️

honestly sometimes it feels like anxiety completely controls who i am and how i act and the way i think. It’s so hard to get a grip of it. I think many people struggle without anybody knowing. If you knew me, you’d have no idea i deal with extreme anxiety. Having a small close group of friends and prioritizing my source of happiness has really helped me. Also knowing when to take time to myself and when to get out of my shell and not isolate myself from others. What things have helped you deal with anxiety? write it in the comments 💕 i’d love to see
