Yep, sometimes I feel crazy just being around the house but most of the time I feel so much free!🙃

And I don't need to lie to myself, (well I do love travelling alone when adventure kicks in but I wouldn't mind spending oh so precious time at home 😉) especially seeing different posts of people who travel here and there.🚣‍♀️

Just being able to curl in my bed, own my time because, heck yes, I work and chose to work from home, and do the things that I love to do is something to celebrate for.

So yes to more bed time, yes to more kid's time and yes to more ME time. These are some of the precious things I wouldn't trade in the world! 😍

Be mindful of your energy!

As much as you want to do everything all by yourself, especially when you're so pumped up and inspired to create just about anything, you need to make sure that you allow yourself to rest and preserve your energy.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Be sensitive to the things that drain you faster like the repetitive non essential tasks that you do every single day.

Be sensitive to the things that drain you faster like an old battery waiting to be thrown out of garbage!

What you can do is:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
-> Scrap it on your list of to-do's.
-> Delegate it to someone else.
-> Do not priotise it.⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
For me, answering countless emails/messages and answering endless calls can suck out all my energy!⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So I need to make sure that I take on my clients, giving them enough attention without really draining my energy. Because the last thing we want as introverts is to drain all our energy, thinking that we have been more productive.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Be mindful of your energy! Have you eliminated, delegated or cut back the tasks that drain you all day?

When I was in high school and college, I did not understand why I felt so free when I was alone.

Don't get me wrong... I had true friends when I was studying but I preferred my circle of friends to be small.

Back then, I always ask myself,

'Why am I not like the others?'

'Why do they have a lot of "friends"?'

Then as I pondered, I realised that most people don't really understand who I am...

Maybe because back then, I am not confident enough to express how I think and feel towards something. I always shy away from people and don't really mingle with them.

I preferred to be alone with a few trusted friends but most of the time, I love just being with myself.

And when I grew older, that's when I realised that I am an introvert, who is passionate about different types of things, creative in so many ways and able to express myself if I just allow myself to be who I really am.

That's what I am today...

A creative introvert. A content creator.

Because by creating content, I am able to express myself freely.
