Keep reading if you’re not sure about this very controversial topic!! Let me start by saying, they’re your plants, so do what you feel like doing! Fertilizing all year around is perfectly safe and fine! I personally use an all organic fertilizer, so it’s impossible to over fertilize my plants! I’ve been using @biosnutrients for the past year, and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made for my plants! Side note: the code PLANTTINGSS gets you a 15% discount off all their products! My plants consistently push out new growth all year around! So I keep feeding them @biosnutrients organic fertilizer. And their plant probiotic and yucca extract in between fertilizing! However, here are a couple of things to consider! 1. Your location! We all live in different locations/climates of the earth! So airflow, more/less sun, or higher/lower humidity levels are a couple of things to make sure you stay on top of! Most of our house plants are tropical plants, just imagine how it is in the tropics! 2. The type of fertilizer your using! If you’re using a synthetic fertilizer. (I’ve had my fair share) IF used correctly, sure they pump out that initial grow fast. But they have a negative impact on your plant’s soil health in the long run. Are also poisonous to people and pets, bad for the environment so forth and so on. So if your plant isn’t actively putting out any new growth, feeding them a synthetic fertilizer will likely “over fertilize” your plant either causing it to decline or killing it.3. Understanding your plants, the required care etc is the most important thing though!! Once you’re able to master this, plant care get a lot easier and fun! In a nutshell, it’s not about fertilizing or not fertilizing in the winter. More importantly, it’s about the TYPE of fertilizer you’re feeding your plants!! Do you fertilize all year long, or do you not fertilize at all? Like and save this video if it was helpful!🌿💚If you’re a plant lover, follow me fo
Did you know that leaves can absorb nutrients like the plant’s roots? I’ve included this foliar spray in my weekly plant care so I can clean and feed my plants at the same time!! Want to try this spray out? You will need: @biosnutrients Plant Probiotics, @biosnutrients Yucca Extract, and water! (Using my code: PLANTTINGSS will save you 15% off your @biosnutrients order) 🌿The Plant Probiotics protects the leaves from diseases.🌿 The Yucca Extract works like a natural insecticide so it’s perfect for pest prevention! I used about half tube squirt of each and my spray bottle holds about 2 cups of water. Shake it up until you see some bubbles and get spraying!! I move my plants out of direct sunlight until they have dried! And do this every 10 days or so for healthier and stronger plants! Thank you Aaron for always educating us on soil and plant health! Join us on the @biosnutrients movement! 🌿🍃🌱🫶🏼✨.........#planttingss #plantcare #planthealth #plantcaretips #plantdoctor #plantconsultant
