Hello fam and friends!
Or anyone that's following this dead page 😂🤦‍♂️
Sorry it's been so long, but most of the time I don't have much to post or I get lazy, why lie. 😅
That being said.
I do have a next big trip is coming up and that is

!!!JAPAN 2024 🗾⛩️🇯🇵!!!

I got about 47 days until Japan and will be posting the grind of planning & research throughout my daily life. Basically recording the journey whenever I have time.
I'll try and do a post on the weekends and see if I can keep it up.

Flew in from Denver after a work trip and am now in a 5 hour Layover in DFW.
I'll try to upload videos instead. No one likes to read extremely long updates. Nobody has time for that, let's be real.

So far theirs so much that I've learned researching for Japan and the hundreds of tik toks and YouTube videos and insta reels, giving tips and hacks. It's just insane and overwhelming how much there is to do in Japan!

We'll see how this planning session goes.
I'm so excited to bring you on behind the scenes.
The positives and the negatives.

Paris was extremely eventful!
Greece update:
We left Athens Greece at around mid day, although had to go drop off our luggage with our hosts as they were kind enough to store it for us while we were in Paris! Although this trip seems to be smooth sailing throughout my story post there have been times it's been a nightmare that required some patience. When we went to Santorini we had a great time although the weather wasn't the best it was still a pleasant experience. When it was finally time to go back from Santorini to Athens the weather was extremely windy and rainy. We hoped that our trip wouldn't be delayed as we had a very strict schedule of flights that followed. As we waited we heard the intercom say something in Greek and saw people stand up. I thought we were boarding and then realized once they translated it to English that our flight was canceled. We were stuck on a small island with no way out. 😵 We waited in line to rebook our tickets with hopes that we wouldn't have to wait more than a day. We got our tickets but only to find out we would have to wait for 9 hour layover and was given a 15 euro voucher for food. Needless to say it was a long 9 hours, but eventually made it home to Athens around 11 EET. Getting home seem like a miracle. We were extremely hungry and decided to order in that night, but failed as we couldn't successfully order using Greek language 😅. We decided to go out at around 2am. All a bit hesitant as we didn't know the streets of Greece. We got a cab to this small restaurant and once we got dropped off we found out that the restaurant was closed! We decided to just get another cab to a different restaurant in hopes that Google maps wouldn't lie to us again. 😂 We ended up finding this small burger joint that turned out to be delicious. We then walked the streets of Greece and called a cab to call it a night.
Paris Update: so after we had our fun in Greece it was now time to go to Paris. Things ran smoothly in Paris with no layovers and we were so grateful we didn't have to go through what happened with Santorini. We arrived in Paris with great ease. It was late but we managed to find our apartment. Although had trouble opening a few doors that it felt like we were playing an escape room. Turns out France has buttons for everything. The following day we went to the market and it was amazing to see how the French locals interacted with one another. Eventually got what seemed like a quesadilla and the man was very nice and asked if we knew Spanish as we did. He asked us if he pronounced a word in Spanish correctly and he did! He was so proud of himself. 2 days later It's time for me and my best friend to go to Nice France which was 9 hours away from where we were. Although it was only an hour and 50 minutes via plane. We're basically going to the RGV of France 😎 down south. We woke up extremely early as our flight left at 9:00 a.m. and it was just me and him traveling abroad. It was my first time solo traveling in terms of not really having someone else to help me with traveling as he just depends on me for everything, but always tries his best to help me out. 😂 We were able to figure out where to check in and board the plane. It was a close call but we made it onto the plane. We arrived at Nice, France 🇫🇷✈️ at around 11am and had to wait an hour to check in. We had this really nice red Tesla pick us up to take us to downtown Nice. We were extremely hungry so we decided to grab something to eat and decided on this place that sells different types of fries. We walked a total of 15 minutes just to find out that Google maps lie to us yet again, the place was closed. 😠 We decided to we walk back downtown and just eat Burger King 😂. I then remembered that we had to get our European vaccination QR code and had to go to a pharmacy to do so but had some trouble and ended up going to the nice headquarters for the soccer match and the lady was nice enough to find us a pharmacy that would do that. After so much traveling we got the QR code went back to the hotel and rested until the game. The game was amazing and we finally were able to see Messi play as well as Neymar and many other players. To feel the ambience of a European soccer match was incredible. Niece ended up winning the match against PSG 1-0 and since we were in Nice we felt that home victory ambience that was insane. Fans are extremely prideful of their teams and it was very nice to experience. It was finally time to go back home and so we packed our bags the next morning and flew back to Paris. The last two days in Paris were extremely fun and there were no hiccups the traveled to many places including the Eiffel Tower and the Louvre. And we just arrived back to Athens last night and had a great tasting 🥙 gyro. So that's the update as of right now. Thank you for being so patient.
But I am so blessed for being able to travel.
If you read this far I hope you have a great day ♥️♥️♥️

We arrived from Greece yesterday and are now in Versailles France. On the day before we left to France we decided to go get late night food. We were a bit hesitant at first because it was so late but we had run out of options since we had just gotten home from Santorini. We grabbed a cab and it turned out that the place was closed, so we decided to walk around the streets of Greece late at night. We eventually grabbed another cab and decided to go to this burger place. It was very small kind of like a 🍜 shop. Needless to say the food was amazing. After we finish eating we decided to walk around a bit more. Eventually we got a cab all the way home and called it a night.

Quick photos I took from LA to France!
So far it's been a tiresome, but fun experience trying to get where we're going 😅 so much walking and running to our departure gate. That plane flight was long! 9+ hours! Not counting the fact that this was just a connecting ✈️! We've had some.hiccups lol but we're back on track. Currently waiting for the next flight. We were blessed to see a sunny France.

Hmmm Canada experiencing a tourists shortage?

Americans faced seven-hour waits at border crossings when Canada opened to vaccinated US citizens in August. Now, crossings have dropped and businesses are suffering.
