The Key 🔑 to Acceptance is Remembering What Our Bodies Created 👩‍👦

I Have to Admit🤚 that I've Only Just begun To Love Myself. After My 3rd Child The Weight that I had Gained just wasn't "Coming off" like the previous times. It especially seemed to stick around where I was left with a Scar after having my Son via Emergency C-section🏥. This was the Start of My Self- Hatred Journey, I mean let's call it what it WAS.

Anytime I Would Walk by a Mirror I Would Literally Cringe at the Sight🤢. If Someone even mentioned the Gym around Me it Would Take Me to a Low Place. Family and Friends, Unknowingly would send my Mind into a Frenzy when they would mention Anything Related to the Topic.🗣🗣

It wasn't Until I Seen 👀 A post Similar to this a Little Over a Year Ago and Also a Conversation with Someone Close to Me. That I Started to Develop a Healthy Mindset 🧠in Regards to my Body.

No! This Isn't an Excuse for Poor Eating Habits, Lack of Exercise or Genetics.

It's Simply One MOM to ANOTHER Saying Don't be so Hard on Yourself, Your BODY went through a Major Trauma, Childbirth. Every-BODY Heals from Trauma's Differently. Be Patient with your Body!

Woke up Singing Christmas Songs 🎵 🎶

The boys were like Mom really 🙄🙄

So then I decided to put on a Christmas Sweater 🎅🤶

It definitely made me feel all warm and fuzzy 🥰🥰 inside

Moral of the Story...

Do what makes YOU HAPPY even if others don't understand 💯

**I got so many looks 🤔 and stares👀 going into Wawa this Morning 🤣🤣 idk if it was the fact that I'm wearing a sweater or because has a sleigh and reindeer on it 😅
