This is a newer to me brand but so far I’m impressed. In this video I’m using their kitchen cleaner.
They offer a variety of cleaning products too, all smelling amazing! I’ve already used up the hand soap!
I also love that this didn’t leave streaks on my counters which is bonus.
The company is @koalaeco
What’s your favorite product that smells amazing?!
Instead of looking at the home as a whole, break it down for yourself to make it quick and easy. Pick ONE room, ONE area within that room, and tackle ONE task.Pick that room, area, and task that is most important to you or that you prioritize the most.Example:Room: Living roomArea: CouchTask: Wash throw pillows Example:Room: KitchenArea: CountersTask: Wipe down items that sit on your counter.Example:Room: KitchenArea: CabinetsTask: Wipe downOR Break it down further and say utensil drawer, I want to declutter and clean out ONE drawer, which is my utensil drawer. Example:Room: BathroomArea: VanityTask: Reorganize drawersCleaning works when we break down tasks into bite sized pieces!
Here’s why⬇️
Cleaning before disinfecting allows the disinfectant to work properly, if the surface is covered in dust/dirt, the disinfectant can’t work to its full potential.
When a spill happens, it needs to be taken care of quickly. Dab/blot the area instead of rubbing it, which can spread the mess around even more.
That feather duster may look cute, but all it’s doing is making a bigger mess! Try using a damp cloth next time.
Always work from top to bottom! As you clean, dust & debris will fall from surfaces, so make vacuuming and mopping one of your last steps to avoid doing double duty!
To avoid cross contamination, always wash your cleaning/rags that you clean with separate from your nicer bath & hand towels.
Washing your curtains this way is something I suggest maybe quarterly, but to help keep them clean between the deeper cleans, you can vacuum with a soft bristle attachment, or use a lint roller to help pick up any hair or dust.
I also like to finish with a fabric spray as final step!

Ever pull out a chair and notice something sticky on it?
Yep… I hear ya.
I make this part of my after dinner cleanup. I just do a quick spot check and it takes me seconds to wipe up something that was left behind.
There’s nothing worse than trying to scrub off layers and layers of grime! Hey ahead of that, folks!
