I bought my (first) wedding dress at Bella Ella Boutique and followed their sizing chart. I ordered a size small because according to their size chart that was my size. When I received it the dress was WAY too big and did not fit me correctly at all. No big deal, just return it right? That's what I thought too. I called and spoke with Ylisa who was rude, argumentative, and unhelpful right from the very start. She told me that they would only issue me store credit for the return. I was very nice and explained that I had ordered the smallest size that they have and that a store credit would not be helpful as I wouldn't be able to buy anything else from them and have it fit correctly. Ylisa immediately became even more argumentative, aggressive and matter of fact, telling me that is their policy and there are no exceptions. When I asked to speak to a manager she told me that they don't talk on the phone with customers and told me to email them at [email protected] but to not expect a different response. Sketchy right? Let's see how Bella Ella Boutique responds to my email, if they even reply.
