WHO:
Victim: VLADIMIR GARCIA y SALENGA, 43yo (Sept. 5, 1978), male, married, musician, native of Pampanga and presently residing at No. 14 Production St. Proj. 8 Brgy. Sangandaan, Quezon City (Deceased)
Witness:
SUZETH MANLAPAZ y SALENGA, 44yo (Jan. 5, 1977), female, single, house keeping, native of Pampanga and presently residing at No. 66 B Gumamila St., Brgy. Roxas District, Quezon City (09612281673)
WHY/How:
It appears when duty desk officer PSSg Rowen Insecto recieved an information from NORIEL DAMIAN OIC Security of METRONORTH Medical Center and Hospital re: Alleged Su***de by hanging. As a reaction thereof, probers of this Station immediately dispatch to conduct initial investigation.
Initial investigation disclosed, at stated TDPO witness-MANLAPAZ ordered by her Employer- SOJINA-JAYA CRISOSTOMO (Live-in partner of the Victim) to find the said victim, subsequently, same witness saw the latter hanging at the steel window using blanket around his neck inside the comfort room. Hence, SOJINA-JAYA CRISOSTOMO, untie the said victim then rushed to METRONORTH HOSPITAL, however, Dr. ERMIN CABANELA his attending Physician declared the latter Dead on Arrival at about 10:20 AM of this date.
