The IPOB

The Indigenous people of Biafra (IPOB) leadership are more focused on the global administration of Biafra struggle. As I said before, Biafra is a global politics. The leadership is realistically doing every essential work for Biafra. In that aspect, we don't need media involvement because of the sensitivity of the assessment.

The media is part of the wider department of IPOB . Of course the Media is doing perfect work on their own side. The IPOB lobbying department is different from the media, the legal department is different from the media, security etc.

IPOB has various departments that contribute to its operations and goals:

1. Directorate of State (DOS): Oversees overall strategy and direction.

2. Media and Publicity: Manages IPOB's image, messaging, and communication.

3. Finance: Handles funding, budgeting, and resource management.

4. Operations: Coordinates activities, logistics, and security.

5. Intelligence: Gathers and analyzes information for strategic decision-making.

6. Legal: Provides counsel, represents IPOB in courts, and advocates for members' rights.

7. Diplomatic Affairs: Engages with international organizations, governments, and communities.

8. Education and Research: Develops and disseminates information on Biafra's history, culture, and ideology.

9. Health and Welfare: Supports members' well-being and provides humanitarian aid.

10. Women and Children Affairs: Addresses gender-specific issues and promotes family welfare.

*Regional and Local Structures:*

1. Regional Coordinators: Oversee activities in various regions.

2. State Coordinators: Manage state-level operations.

3. Local Government Coordinators: Coordinate grassroots activities.

4. Zonal Coordinators: Supervise smaller geographic areas.

*Security Wings:*

1. Eastern Security Network (ESN): IPOB's militant wing, focused on regional security.

2. Biafra Secret Service (BSS): IPOB Intelligence Unit (Homeland) and M -Branch (global intelligence gathering)

1. Family Members: Grassroots supporters and volunteers.

2. Biafra Writers and Journalists: Promotes IPOB's narrative through media.

3. Biafra Artists and Creatives: Utilizes art, music, and culture for awareness.

IPOB is the most organised and grassroots rooted championing Biafra freedom.

WITH HEAVY HEART IPOB ANNOUNCE THE ASSASSINATION OF OUR BIAFRA LAND COORDINATOR BY NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT AGENT'S-IPOB.

The Directorate of State (DOS) and the global family of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) announce with a heavy heart the unfortunate assassination of the IPOB Biafra Land National Coordinator, Mazi Ikechukwu Ugwuoha. Mazi Ugwuoha was assassinated by the soulless and Nigerian recruited Agents around his residence on 18th October, 2024 at Aba Abia State.

IPOB understands that the assassination of an unarmed innocent man whose only crime is coordinating a peaceful movement in Biafra Land. Those who assassinated Mazi Ugwuoha want to send panic and fear to the IPOB members and sympathizers, unfortunately IPOB has gone beyond the fear of death. Those responsible for this dastardly act have murdered sleep in their eyes because we won't leave them. IPOB intelligence unit (M.Branch) is mandated to uncover their identities and appropriate revenge will be mated on the soulless enemies and criminals.

As we mourn for the loss of our trusted, reliable and formidable Biafra Land Coordinator, we encourage all Biafrans, M.Branch ESN operatives, IPOB volunteers, Coordinators to take appropriate security measures against the onslaught of the enemies and criminals. We must stand strong and resolute to defeat the enemies and criminals as we have been doing in the past. This phase will pass and IPOB shall emerge stronger.
The Nigerian Government and her sponsored agents of provocateurs want to set a stage that IPOB will change the direction of this peaceful struggle. However, IPOB do not follow the pace set by our enemies we won't kill Biafrans. Having realized that Biafra restoration project is on the unstoppable mode they want to start killing Igbo people but IPOB won't do that, the Nigerian Government and her murderous Security Forces together with their recruited criminals are at loose to destroy or change IPOB direction. But we shall do everything humanly possible to defend ourselves including going after those paid to kill IPOB and to destroy our family members.

Biafrans be assured that the assassination of Mazi Ikechukwu Ugwuoha will be avenged properly. Those who traumatized the family of Mazi Ugwuoha by slaughtering him before his family member will be fished out and given similar treatment. IPOB's non-violence approach doesn't negate the act of self defense. We do not forget and we do not forgive. It's a teet for tact. He who kills by swords shall die by swords. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu Remains a prisoner of Conscience And Must Be Released Unconditionally---IPOB

The Directorate of State (DOS) of the global family and movement of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) led by Nnamdi kanu wish to remind the public and the International Community that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the leader of indigenous People of Biafra IPOB remains a prisoner of conscience in Nigeria custody.

The Nigeria Government masterminded the kidnap and extraordinary rendition of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu from Kenya to Nigeria in June 2021. Since then, he has been illegally detained in solitary confinement of the lawless DSS facility in Abuja Nigeria, despite court judgments in favour of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB. Nigeria is illegally detaining him while they are targeting to destroy IPOB. Unfortunately, the indestructible ideology of restoring Biafra has kept IPOB moving along in our quest to restore the Sovereign Nation of Biafra. The Nigerian government had sponsored criminal groups to carry out violence in the South Eastern Region with the name of IPOB. These State sponsored criminals were playing the scripts of their sponsors to drag IPOB and Biafrans into an unprepared war with the murderous Nigeria military. That is why they claimed to be the Biafra Liberation Army and targeting the Nigerian Security Forces in Biafra Land. But in all of these, their covert operations have failed.

IPOB and Ndigbo globally must continue the campaign for the unconditional release of Mazi Nnamdi Okwu Kanu. He did not commit any offence for seeking self-determination for the marginalized Indigenous people of Biafra. Instead, his demand is in line with the UN convention on Civil and Political Rights for the Indigenous People of Biafra. Moreover, he has kept his faith and promises without betraying his people even after being illegally detained for nearly four (4) years by the Nigerian government inside the dungeon of DSS in solitary confinement. In October 2022, the Nigerian Appeal Court in Abuja discharged and acquitted him, but the lawless government of Nigeria refused to release him. Also, the UN committee on Arbitrary Detention condemned the abduction, extraordinary rendition, and illegal detention of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and called for his unconditional release. All these resolutions and court judgments have been disobeyed by the same lawless Federal Government of Nigeria. The Nigerian government and her cronies know that Mazi Kanu has not committed any crime known to local or international body, but continue to display their ethnic hatred against Ndigbo by
persecuting Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. He has not been let go because he has not compromised his stand on Biafra, and IPOB has not been destroyed. Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is being persecuted, not prosecuted.

The Nigerian government should understand that IPOB can not be destroyed but can only be emboldened as long as the lawless Nigerian government keeps persecuting us. Moreso, our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu understands the potency of our collective oath in this struggle and will not yield to the Nigerian government's antics. The International Community must rise and condemn the continuous persecution and human rights violations of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and Ndigbo in general by the bigot government of Nigeria. We are assuring the Nigerian government that IPOB can not be intimidated into abandoning the Biafra struggle. They must be reminded that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's continuous persecution will further expose the mockery of the so-called democracy in Nigeria. The Nigeria Government should not forget that since they kidnap and extraordinary renditioned Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, Nigeria has been bedevilled with economic and security woes and will continue until the injustice against Ndigbo as exemplified in the persecution of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is addressed.

IPOB and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu remain resolute in our demand for a referendum and will not be intimidated and persecuted into submission by the tyranny of the government of Nigeria. In the end, Biafra will come, but the wounds of the persecution and wickedness against Ndigbo will take decades to heal. Nigeria must consider the future with the wound it inflicted on Biafrans in mind.

Why IPOB/ESN Is Being Targeted By The Nigerian Army And Their Man-Proxy In Finland

The hassle with which Nigerian Army and its cooperative conventional media(s) rush to pin on the Indigenous People Of Biafra movement and the Eastern Security Network, every crime perpetrated by Ekpa and his criminal elements in Southeast, even when Ekpa openly claims responsibility of these crimes via his official verified X handle, does not surprise any conscious fellow and we believe it should not surprise anyone either. Unless, one is ignorant of the game being played by the Nigerian government and its military.

Over the past 3 years, Simon Ekpa have claimed to have attacked Nigerian military checkpoints in different occasions and locations across southeast and claimed responsibility of them on several intervals during his live broadcasts.

But you know what? The Nigerian army and media have refused till date to attribute these crimes to him and his goons squarely. Instead they continued to pin them on IPOB/ESN. Irrespective of how IPOB and other independent, investigative sources on the ground such as reports from the human rights organizations , Intersociety group has evidently established that IPOB/ESN has no hands in the insecurity or attacks on the Nigeria military formations in the South-East.

It is popularly said that to kill an innocent dog, it must be given a bad name to justify its slaughter. This is what both Ekpa and his Nigerian sponsors are doing. The Nigerian government have tried in so many ways to present IPOB as a violent movement before the international community but it has failed precipitously over and over again.

They could not match IPOB versatility and outreach in the international community. IPOB has continued explain to the global audience with empirical evidence about her non violence status, approach and dispositions towards Biafra self-determination quest and goal.

Before the Nigerian government arrives at any international office, country as the case maybe, to submit these blackmailing reports against IPOB or to induce benign officials there to mainstream their spurious narratives, IPOB would have already submitted a comprehensive unbiased report of the corrupt activities, crimes and lies of Nigerian government to these offices, and further poising them to go on to conduct their own investigations via their own assets on the ground, if any.

Obviously, Nigeria have bribed and bought over few officials of some reputable international organizations to help them in their campaign of designating IPOB as a violent organization globally but it all ended up without any headway being made as their was no viable pretext or grounds for such, even under the laws of these respective countries or international law.

We must recall the National Institute For Peace In USA, and Tony Blair Institute whom passively highlighted or rather aimed at projecting IPOB as a violent movement in 2022 and this was inputed in the annual global terrorism index which the contributed to. This was the handiwork of the Nigerian government and of course certain elements within the US and United Kingdom governments.

Though, they retracted their claims after they could not prove with concrete evidence that IPOB was guilty as charged, judging from their own biased reports. IPOB on the other hand threatened legal actions if they fail to recluse IPOB from the global terrorism list.

They have tried everything and exhausted their plans to break the IPOB global family, her finances, her illegal incarcerated Leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, or even lure the ESN tasked to confront Fulani terrorists in Biafraland into an unprepared war with the Nigerian armed forces, but to no avail.

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has made a mess of the Nigerian government even in their own courts, the IPOB family survived the storm and is waxing strong globally. The ESN as seen and acknowledged by all and sundry – including those in the military circles – continues to enhance its tactical capabilities even amidst provocations to lure or distract them from their primary assignment of wading off Fulani terrorists from Biafra forests or bushes.

So the only viable card left to hold on to, is by keeping the agent provocateur alive and kicking as he would serve as the odds to apparently keep IPOB on their toes and on the defensive, while he wrecks havoc that would compel the members of the Biafran public to develop animosity towards the Biafra struggle due to the criminality and violence it has seemingly brought on them.

Besides, should IPOB succeed in achieving Biafra restoration sooner or later, there will always be a need for the imperialists or enemy close neighbors to sponsor a 'pseudo opposition', that would oppose the Biafra Republic and its eventual leadership. This is why Mr Ekpa is untouchable and even the Finnish Government who arrested him in early 2023 for serious crimes bordering fraud etc, all of a sudden stood down and his casefile was closed indefinitely till this moment.

So anytime you see Nigerian Army making accusations in their press statement against IPOB/ESN, be assured that Ekpa and his goons have carried out another scripted operation to keep the propaganda and blackmail momentum level high and afloat.

To set the record straight, this latest attack on soldiers in Mbanọ is a false flag operation to blackmail IPOB as usual. In as much as IPOB and the entire Igbo nation opposes the sinister plot of importing refugees from the north to the East. The violence in Ehime Mbanọ is a false flag operation to blackmail IPOB and to keep the insecurity in Imo state, spiking and escalating. IPOB did not claim responsibility for the burning of the site chosen to host these northern refugees nor the house of Senator Ibezim. Mr Ekpa did and he is not an IPOB member or of ESN.

Had these structures not being torched. The result would still be the same, there would be no refugees camp in the South-East. The people in cooperation with IPOB would have made sure of it. And the ongoing ensuing violence, military bombardment and ransacking in Ehime Mbanọ would not be in the picture as has sadly obtained now.

The ultimate aim is to set IPOB against the people or as being responsible for the violence just as obtained in the Aba 30th May Biafra Fallen heroes remembrance day incident. To breach the trust, adherence and listenership Biafrans have for the directives of the IPOB movement. Knowing fully well that they would not betray nor jeopardize their interests and overall well-being.

Thus, we will continue to debunk and expose their lies, and educate our people to know and understand who is their enemies and how they operate to make our region unsafe for us and why their must be a concerted effort to resist and wade off their machinations against us as a people.

I had followed Simon Ekpa on social media for many years before he declared for Biafra in 2019 after the Supreme Court declaration of Mohammadu Buhari as the duly elected President of Nigeria against Atiku Abubakar. Ekpa was well Atikulated.

If you have followed Simon Ekpa in those days you will notice that Ekpa is not a clọ́wn as he is playing right now concerning Biafra issues. Ekpa brings a powerful argument. Ekpa brings good criticism, and even without coming close to him, you will declare that he is wise and intelligent just by reading his arguments on Facebook.

If not that he deleted the pages he used to support all PDP presidential candidates, you would have understood exactly what I am talking about.

The question one might ask is this...

How did Simon Ekpa become someone who promised people that he would gift them Biafra in 150 days? How did he become someone who would promise the people that he would stay in Finland and declare Biafra on 2nd December 2024 and it will hold? How did he turn into a clọ́wn who will dance clownishly on camera lying up and down? How did he transform into this personality? What happened to his former self? That person who used a few witty posts on Facebook to put holes in the Buhari government, forming one of the PDP's major online attack dogs, suddenly became a clọ́wn saying ridiculous things to gullible people.

The answer is simple. He is acting a script. He is a great actor and he can play numerous roles. He was a contractor who was desperate to succeed. And his desperation has put lots of people down.

His job is not an easy one, and he is unleashing different methods at every interval.

At first, Ekpa's goal was to take over the leadership of the struggle. That's why Obasanjo and Osibanjo were contracted to pronounce that Ekpa is more dangerous than Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. That was a man who first mentioned Biafra in December 2019, being said to be more dangerous than Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, who is a leader of more than 50 million people. The fact that these people said this in 2021, just a year after the guy started mentioning Biafra makes it more funnier. Did he become dangerous when he was eating yam in Germany with Ekweremadu or when he was defending Atiku?
The Nigerian media started publishing news that described him as an IPOB leader. The game was simple. Help him take over so that from within he can crash the entire struggle, but he failed.

Then he started another face. Divide the struggle and destroy IPOB leadership. He carried out a vote of no confidence against a group he wasn't part of. He said he would be the end of IPOB, and some fools then were hailing him. How can you say you love MNK and yet gear someone saying he will destroy IPOB on? If IPOB is destroyed, have MNK not been destroyed? But in this, he also failed. So many people who cheered him are on the sideline with their faces bowed in shame.

Another face was to lure IPOB into terrorism. He proclaimed that if IPOB leadership doesn't want to be called terrorists they should step down. Some fọ́ọ́ls argued that even Nelson Mandela was called a terrorist. But they forgot that Nelson Mandela was called a terrorist without committing any single terrorist action. No freedom movement that turned on his people will survive. When IPOB leadership refused the blackmail, and IPOB media started pushing a campaign that Ekpa was a terrorist, he quickly posted on his verified X account that he was not a terrorist. How can a man who doesn't want to be addressed as a terrorist ask that IPOB leadership should be ready to be called a terrorist or step down? Does this appear to you like a man who doesn't know what he is doing?

The next move was criminalism. They have claimed to have taken over ESN. This claim was made so that any crime they commit will be reported as carried out by ESN/IPOB. Every of their crime was reported as done by IPOB. IPOB started countering the lies. It wasn't easy. In truth, they don't even know what ESN were made of.

The new game onboard now is to ridicule IPOB and engage our people in psychological warfare. Keep promising them Biafra and crashing their hope until they become disinterested and angrily go home. This is why IPOB must keep educating our people so that they know that nothing will happen on 2nd December. Don't say you know it is not happening. There are many ignorant people in the villages and they are his target. When these people become disinterested, they will be weaponized and used against you. This is why you must keep on your grassroots evangelism. You must revitalise your channel of information distribution at ground zero. They are their target.

I have refused to agree with those who say that Ekpa is not intelligent. When the history of the restoration of Biafra is told, Ekpa will stand as the greatest tool the Nigerian government used to try to destroy the restoration of Biafra.

This post will not make sense to some people today, but I implore you to revisit this post in the next five years. Before then every truth must have laid bare.

IPOB REJECTS IDP CAMP REHABILITATION CENTER IN IMO STATE

The attention of the Directorate of State (DOS) of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) has been drawn to the sinister Federal Government project called Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) Skills acquisition camp at Nzu Community Ehime Mbano LGA, Amafor Community Ohaji Egbema LGA, Agbala Community in Owerri North of Imo State. This smokescreen project is part of an elaborate ominous plan by the Fulani and the Nigerian Government to dispossess us of our ancestral land and heritage and it will not work. They have tried all forms of land grabbing technics with different names such as RUGA, and these all failed. Now they want to import so called displaced persons from the Northern Nigerian a distance of thousands of kilometres away from their locality and homeland into Imo State in Biafraland. These evil people never set up Skills acquisition programs for the millions of jobless youths in our land but have the evil mind to even consider bringing in Boko Haram foot soldiers into Biafraland in the name of skills acquisition for internally displaced persons.

The Directorate of State of the Indigenous People of Biafra want to inform the Fulani and the Nigerian government together with their stooge and murderer of our people Hope Uzodinma that we are aware of the real intention of this so called IDP rehabilitation centre in Imo State. The hatred that this man Hope Uzodinma has for our people can only be compared to what Ukpabi Asika did immediately after the war when he laid the foundation for the economic divestment of the whole of Eastern Region. This man Hope Uzodinma does not have any job creating program in Imo State set up by himself or brought in by the Nigerian government but he wants to rub it in our faces by telling us he wants to teach skills to Boko Haram in our land.

The systematic arrangement to bring in Fulani children into Alaigbo involving United Nations is a covert project aimed at Ndigbo, IPOB, and Biafrans in general and Biafrans will not allow such wicked infiltration act to go on in Alaigbo. United Nations is fully aware of the persecution, subjugation, and intimidation Ndigbo are facing in the hands of the rest of Nigeria and their government. UN knows that Nigeria has not established or encouraged any infrastructural or industrial development in Alaigbo except prisons and military installations. There is no Federal Government presence in the Biafra territory so we can not allow this IDP training camp for train Fulani repented Boko Haram terrorists to stand in our territory especially the one proposed in Ehime Mbano LGA, Ohaji Egbema LGA and Owerri North in Imo State. The United Nations never established any project in Igbo land, but now they agree to bring an IDP camp to in Imo State. We are making it precisely clear that it will not be accepted nor will it work.

Ndigbo do not have internally displaced persons. Those Igbos that Nigerian murderous Army displaced when they burnt their houses are accommodated by their relatives and neighbors in our towns and villages. In the entire breath and length of Biafran Land, we don't have homeless people to be accommodated in any IDP camp. Therefore, the federal government plan to export terrorists, their families, and their informants into the South East Region to infiltrate Ndigbo will be resisted. The dubiosity of the Nigeria Government to populate the East with terrorists and bandits is an agenda that every Igbo person must resist or we will have home-grown terrorists to deal with in the future. It is another way of settling Fulanis in our region, but it won't work. We are ten steps ahead of this murderous Nigerian government and its agenda.

The Directorate of State of the Indigenous People of Biafra wish to let the Nigerian government and the Imo State Governor, the hater of Ndigbo to stop this demonic IDP project at Ehime Mbano LGA, Owerri North and Ohaji Egbema LGA's of Imo State because it will never stand. IPOB will never allow the Nigerian government and their stooge supreme court governor in Imo State to import terrorists and bandits in the name of displaced persons to Alaigbo. Those Northern displaced persons should be accommodated in the North because they have large expanse of lands and must not be exported to Alaigbo.

The question that demand answers are, why is the federal government not extending railway projects into Igboland? Why are their no international airports, seaports, and other federal funded projects to the South East? They instead chose to locate an IDP camp that will house Northerners in the South East Region? This evil covert project of the Nigerian Government in connivance with Northern terrorists is to commit mass murder of innocent Northern children in this IDP camp and then turn around as always to point accusing fingers at IPOB in other to blackmail our genuine cause for the Liberation of our land and people and turn International outrage against the Biafra struggle.

It is imperative that we raise this alarm ahead of this project to avoid this evil agenda from happening and for the sake of history. The International Community should compel the Nigeria government to desist from this project because IPOB has already exposed their agenda. We are warning the Imo State vampire Governor, Hope Uzodinma, to stop being a stooge for the federal Fulani government of Nigeria against the safety and interest of Ndigbo. Hope Uzodinma is colluding with the federal government of Nigeria in bringing the Northern terrorists and their sympathizers as displaced persons into Alaigbo to be slaughtered for political expediency to stop IPOB's agitation. In the same way, he invited Alhaji Ahmed Gulak to Imo State in 2021 and murdered him in cold blood on May 30 of the same year and blaimed it on IPOB and later on others. The idea of infiltrating Alaigbo and altering the demography of Ndigbo using RUGA failed, and their establishment of livestock ranches agenda failed, and now the Nigerian government has continued skimming with their evil agenda against Igbo people, (Ndigbo).
Hope Uzodinma must know that IPOB does not forget and he should be rest assured that at the appropriate time and place, he will definitely be called to account.

As much as IPOB understands and sympathizes with the genuine Nigerians displaced population by the soulless State sponsored terrorists and bandits all over Nigeria, we will not allow any Federal Government sponsored IDP camp in Biafran Land. This press release should be a warning to Ehime Mbano LGA chairman, Ohaji Egbema LGA chairman, Owerri North chairman, Hope Uzodinma, the Government of Bola Tinubu and all the sponsors on this state terrorism project called IDP center in Imo State to desist from such project.
