Still no news on me being able to start streaming again, but a large bunch of the Duck Fam descended on Birmingham at the weekend to watch DJ Eloise and Bootey play the opening set at the Tunnel Club, supporting people like Sean Tyas, and Metta and Glyde! What a night! 💖

On Monday the 28th I'll be celebrating three years on twitch with two of the excellent friends I've met along the way, who I discovered this week also happen to be celebrating their 3 years anniversary in the same short period...

Our first "3 for 3" set is DJ Eloise at 3pm UK time, the party then heads over to my channel for the next three, with Bootey rounding off the night with a three hour set finishing at midnight.

It's not often we manage to get three ducks in a row, so come join in the fun!😁

Luminosity Beach Festival 2023 was bloody amazing, big hugs and kisses for everyone I saw there - and if we didn't meet there, let's fix that in 2024 yeah? 😁

I got to meet Christina Novelli, somehow *didn't* fangirl like an idiot and got all my words out in the right order... although I was so nervous I forgot how to smile like a Normal Person so hopefully I get to meet her again at Rong later this year so I can get a better photo 😅

When Ascent Recordings reached out and asked me to get involved with this event because of the experience I have running TranceGender obviously I had to say yes! It's going to be an excellent few days, and hopefully we can raise both the awareness of the situation and also some good funds for a worthwhile charity along the way...

Not sure what slot I'll take on the train just yet but it'll be my first set after Luminosity so expect me to be somewhat hyperactive and excitable 😎

- Internet dies at 7:55, between syncing rekordbox and opening OBS
- refuses to come back up even after rebooting all technology within a 50m radius

Well that was a wonderful 200th stream, thank you to the 181 people who popped in to say congratulations and/or merry Christmas over the 10+ hours 😁

In the post Dreamstate aftermath, 7 DJs in a fancy house recorded a 12 hour stream... during which Pyroglyphix and I did a B2B set, switching after every track. We'd wanted to do this since we first met 18 months ago, and it was every bit as fun as we hoped!

After lots of messing around "trance-ferring" (sorry not sorry) files, it's finally been uploaded to YouTube 😁

Every year after Dreamstate, a bunch of trance DJs stream for as long as they can - this year managing 12 hours, this two hour snippet is the long-desired B2...

So apparently at some point I screwed up and my stream numbering jumped from 194 back to 186. This means I'm actually only two streams from hitting 200! 🥳

I only discovered this while sorting old sets out on Mixcloud, which has one new set up today and another one scheduled every day for the next week :)

A good 400 of those followers were now purged bots, and my concurrent viewers is usually only about 5% of that, but that just gives me two goals for 2023 😉 I'm also in the top 1% of music streamers, which is cool, but I'm not sure what metric that's based on.

I wonder how many of those 1.5m channel points were spent making me do squats...?
