Relocating to Canada via the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP) Program

How to Get a Job Offer:

1. Select a Community: Research designated rural communities participating in the RNIP.
2. Find Job Openings: Visit the community's career website or job banks (e.g., Job Bank, Indeed) to find relevant job postings.
3. Assess and Compare Job Roles: Match job requirements with your qualifications and experience.

5. Apply and Follow Up:
- Submit your application through the company's website or LinkedIn.

Dear sisters. The kitchen is not the place to vent out your thoughts, anger or decisions while cooking. It’s sacred! Out of it comes the food for your well being and life.

What happens when a narcissist see that he can't destroy you?

When a narcissist realizes they can't successfully control you or break down your spirit, it often leads to them choosing one of two responses. The first is that the narcissist will become even more determined and agitated in order to regain control and regain their power position over you. This usually results in increased levels of manipulation, gaslighting, scapegoating, and all other forms of unhealthy behaviors that are typical of a narcissistic personality disorder (NPD).

The second common response from a narcissist when they realize they cannot "destroy" you is to resort back into their victimhood narrative. Narcissists are incredibly effective at emotionally positioning themselves as victims who were wronged by someone else. This allows them to divert attention away from their misdeeds while portraying themselves as misunderstood heroes trying to achieve justice against the person(s) who hurt them most - often yourself! In this scenario, they will attempt to make people feel sorry for them by breaking down their own perceived weaknesses or failures while making sure not to mention any malicious actions taken against you by the narcissist that could potentially paint him/her in an unfavorable light.

In short, if a narcissist fails to destroy you they will either try harder or make up lies about what happened between the two of you so it appears like it was all your fault. It's important not to fall for any tricks like these used by such individuals if given this type of situation where degradation becomes impossible because there is no way out without understanding how these flaws work within personalities exhibiting narcissistic traits.

I went to the grocery store to get some stuff and I saw two cleaners (a male & a female) arguing. The man turned around in anger and punched the broom right out of her hand . I stopped what I was doing to see what next he would do.
He was about to hit her next when 3 men rushed towards him; 2 held him back while the other one punched him right on the face for daring to hit a woman. While I’m against violence , I was really glad that we have some men standing up to prevent such ugly incidents from happening to our women . He was severely warned and he apologized.
We should all learn to handle issues without violence …. Communicate by talking and not punching .👍

It’s time to talk… bring a chair and sit down. Come closer, don’t sit far away😎. You said you want to japa and that you only have your passport kwa? That your passport Nne, is just to identify you so that the country you want to go to,will give you access .
If you want to relocate to Canada 🇨🇦 for example, you need more than just your passport. Canada has lots of immigration routes and you just have to find the one that suits you in order to migrate.

The most common requirements are ;
1. IELTS result … if you intend to study or visit , it won’t be needed however for immigration purposes, it is a necessity. (Very important)
Some provinces accept low scores while some don’t ! especially for certain kinds of pathways in each province.
You can register for the exam by enrolling for it in the British council portal or other certified centers in your state (goggle it)
2. Educational assessment : if you went to school in your country and not in Canada , you will be required to evaluate your result . The purpose of assessing is to compare the equivalent of your result to the Canadian standard of education. Not all routes/pathways require this.
3. Proof of funds …. They are igbotic in nature with regards to this one…. 😁. They want to know how much you are bringing to their country Obinna. They don’t want you begging their government for assistance with open hands and chopping their money free of charge … you wey just come! 😜
They need to know that you can take care of yourself at least while you are there before you get a job. So hold plenty money . The amount varies and it depend on the kind of visa you are applying for.
4. Your age matters if you are applying for permanent residence via the express entry route among others . Some provinces cap theirs between 25.- 47 years , others above 47. In the express entry pool, the older you are(above 40) the lower the score .
An old woman was once asked why she was going to Canada at age 75, she retorted “ dem dey forbid to die there?😃 mama nor care if winter freeze her bones … 😁 she must japa wear jeans with boots.

5. Having a family member in Canada boost your chances of being selected a great deal. If not in the express entry pool, in the provincial nominee program of the province where your loved one resides. There is so much to tell you but I have to stop. I hope this helps ?

Oya shift back, let me have space so I can get up. I don wear my winter clothes already for inside naija where we get hot sun … we have to fake it till we make it…. Na make heat nor finish person inside this clothes na we dey talk so oooo ❄️ ❄️❄️❄️

I was reading a post on immigration when I saw a comment made by a guy that reads” some of us don’t know how this things work. We only know and have our passport”. I felt a bit sad reading that….the price of ignorance is really huge and can lead to fatal consequences . As my own way of giving back, I will try my best to enlighten you abit and encourage you to go do more research on it. You just can’t be ignorant this year about anything. Go for knowledge … Go! Go!! Go!!!

Na so I come begin smile oooo sheepishly everywhere I go like MTN. See, Problem nor dey finish but my face wasn’t made for it🥰

No woman is actually ugly… money, love and the ability to take good care of yourself is what makes the difference.
