💙❄️ It's cold out there. And on February 25, our team is going to do something about it ❄️💙

Together with thousands of Canadians across the country, we're walking and fundraising to support and serve people and families experiencing homelessness, hurt, and hunger in our community.

F45 Langford will be sponsoring the Westshore walk with a rest stop location & by leading the warmup!

Our man DJ Pauly will also be present by donating his time & beats to get us PUMPED UP, while we warm you up! 😂💪🏼

Event details: Saturday February 25 - join us from 4:15pm onwards in the Westshore at Starlight Stadium for the big day. No matter where you are walking from, please know you are making a difference for your neighbours in need.
