Last week I met with the leaders in two of my three company's for our 2024 kickoff, here's what we covered...
Before I dive into what we worked on, I want to note that we start annual planning the summer BEFORE each year.
So, goals, budgets, and timelines were all completed WELLLLLLL before our kickoff.
But, I love kicking the year off with some intentional time with the team, in person, to go over:
✔️Mission, vision, values, and goals
✔️Opportunities and possible obstacles
✔️Each leader's role, KPIs, and necessary SOPs
✔️Key focus areas for growth for each leader
✔️How the team will work together to support one another towards the goals
✔️Mile markers for each goal
If you want freedom in your business, then you have to COMPLETELY shift out of DOER mode and into a true leadership role. That means mentoring, vision casting, training, and accountability.
You no longer build the business; you build the people who build the business.
If you haven't already, be sure to do a 2024 VISION meeting with your team to start the year off right!

I developed the LIVE LAUNCH®️ out of frustration and desperation.

I had failed launch after launch, actually losing money in the process.
I bought courses and programs and worked with multiple coaches following the various methods on the market with no success.
Rejection and redirection over and over again ultimately moved me to a place of completely new and different action.
When people say it is darkest before the light, it’s absolutely TRUE.
That wall you keep bumping up against, it’s time for you to ACT, innovate, color outside the lines, find your unique voice and perspective, and try again.

So it’s week 10 in my weight training fitness revolution😂🙃
I am at an interesting place because I see subtle changes that no one else would notice.
When I started, I said I would dedicate a full year to my health and fitness journey to get in the best shape of my life.
This is a high bar, that I am going to have to make some big changes still, to meet.
Kind of like building a business I am finding it’s a daily battle to try to keep the right balls in the air:
🔑Sleep 8 hours daily
🔑10,000 steps daily
🔑100+ grams of protein daily
🔑Resistance training 3x a week
🔑Hydration
🔑Supplements
🔑Eating right
I am failing at one or more of these literally every day, usually failing multiple times a day.
But this is exactly why I gave myself a year.
I knew that I would have to layer and build and layer and build and it will take time.
I have had to give myself grace over and over and resist judging my sluggish progress in getting it all working in harmony.
There have been many days of getting on camera for calls still in my gym clothes and it’s a battle to keep all the other areas of life in check while trying to get it together on the health front.
I will say I am SUPER grateful that I hired a personal trainer and wellness consultant from day 1 who have been helping me stay on track and keep my commitments to myself while learning along the way.
2.5 months down, 9.5 to go.
So this is your reminder today:
✔️Take imperfect action
✔️Slow and steady wins the race
✔️Decide, commit, and follow through
✔️Don’t judge yourself today vs. something you truthfully need months, maybe years to achieve

Maybe the reason I have never burned out on live launching is that I see it as a spiritual calling and a way to give back.
Yes, it has been our highest performing customer generation tool since I created it in 2018.
Yes, we utilize about 13 other lead gen and client acquisition strategies besides Live Launch. It is not the ONLY way. There are endless ways. This one just seems to outperform the others.
Yes, I have made generation shifting money from live launching.
I have also invested greatly in an A-team in my businesses so that I can work in my genius at what I do best and allow them to manage all the rest.
Millions of dollars are there for you if you commit and see it as an opportunity to both give and receive in a meaningful way.
To build an empire you have to learn how to gather a group of people in a certain place at a certain time to discuss a specific matter and then be able to extend an invitation to which people say YES!

Our society wears busy like a badge of honor when this in NO way, shape, or form determines success.
I have had success scaling businesses repeatedly because I build teams, focus on metrics and execute on the foundations, repeatedly... in good times and bad.
We are relentless.
Simplicity scales complexity kills.
The level of distraction among business owners right now is terrifying.
So many “working hard” while barely working at what’s ACTUALLY required.
Check your obsession with the outcome, and get focused on being relentless with the daily activities that will get you there.

I want to start this incredible New Year by saying thank you to YOU ❤️
Reflecting on the last decade and what that meant for my life I feel like I owe a lot to many of you that I have never met and may never have the privilege of getting to know in person.
The internet can be a scary dark place with a lot of negative implications.
But for me the internet is what has allowed me to serve clients in over 30 countries around the world now.
I am not a person who loves to be online. Honestly, I would not even have a social media account to speak of except for the ability to connect with you and be of service.
It’s been nothing short of miraculous for me to be able to teach, coach, mentor, and serve you, whether as a paid customer, a future one, or maybe just a connection here online.
Looking back at where I started and what has transpired over the last decade I am kind of mind blown. So many dreams realized while at the same time I feel like I am just getting started.
So thank you. Thank you for being in my world.
