When you can’t take charge and control your anger, your anger will inevitably take control of you. Lesson to learn – control your anger before it controls you. Leave it all to God. If you are angry with someone, the Bible encourages us to go to them and talk it out. Healthy confrontation can help you process through the anger and allow them to walk through that with you.

Be content with what we have. Moreover, He has given us a direct command not to worry about the things of this world. Do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink, or about your body, what you will wear. (Mathew 6:25)
