Could roof top argh agricultural be a win, win for everyone.

As of right now, large trucking companies are buying carbon offsets. So why can’t the combined tenants of commercial and residential get the same credits if they donated their roof tops.

If they donate there roof tops we grow food for the hungry and food to sell to the community and donate to local schools.

It could create job opportunities for people who would enjoy being a gardener in a land of concrete and steel. It could bring beauty and life to the community that surrounds it.

Sounds like a Win!

What would be more effect? Soil would be way to much work to be on a roof top. Vertical aero would we efficient except for the over exposure to high winds and would need more material to construct a wind barrier.

Hydroponics would be the best roof top farming system.

With Hydroponics You could be completely organic and have either chickens or fish to fertilizer the water or you could use additives. It would be easy to maintain and could run on green energy. Like solar or wind. You could also utilize more space of the roof top of it had any communication towers because it doesn’t need to be in a straight line, water just needs to follow down hill. Simple plumbing
