The Government chief whip also the area member of parliament of Ajuri County has on Saturday officiated the launch and distribution of 794 bicycles in Alebtong District.
A pledge that was made nearly 10 years ago by H.E the president of Uganda Kaguta museveni to procure bicycles worth 11 billion to all the LC.1 and LC 2chairpersons in the Country.

Former News anchor at Radio Uganda, Charles Dickens Angullu Oruru dies at 71 years.

The deceased was a former Luo news anchor who joined radio Uganda in 1974 and served in different Luo programs for 39 years. He passed-on on Saturday evening from Lira Regional Referral Hospital after fracturing his hip-bone.
