Hey Glow-Getters!!! Next month we are on a new a glow up and that’s cause for a challenge!!
Just Let It Glow Presents “31 Day Glow Up Challenge!”
Beginning October 1st-31st 2023!! We are embarking on a new glow!! See below for details!!
1. Refrain from social media within the first hour you wake up! This will help start your day with positivity and good vibes without the unnecessary mess and distractions social media can bring your way. ✨
2. Start your morning by listening to a positive playlist, podcast, or audiobook that uplifts your spirit! Let’s bring more positivity into our day tap into some great vibes before you start your day!✨
3. Move your body 3-4 times a week for 30 minutes to gain endorphins! It can be anything a walk, stretching, Pilates, dancing, whatever movement that you’re comfortable with!✨
4. Read a book that challenges your thought process. It can be any kind of book that makes you think differently or trying something new. Read something that will capture your attention and feeds your spirit. ✨
5. Journal throughout the Challenge. It doesn’t have to be every day but document your progress throughout the challenge, write a note of gratitude etc. ✨
I will also go live weekly to discuss our progress and any suggestions regarding the challenge!
