ISOPADEC MANAGING DIRECTOR/CEO, BOARD MEMBERS, MANAGEMENT AND STAFF CELEBRATES ONE YEAR OF GREAT ACHIEVEMENTS.
Governor Hope Uzodimma birthed a new ISOPADEC on the 6th of October, 2020 when he inaugurated a new Governing Board for the Commission, charging them to fast track human and infrastructural developments in the oil producing areas of Imo State.
One year down, ISOPADEC has grown in leaps and bounds, with an unprecedented 13 completed projects in the kitty, and another 38 nearing completion.
Previous administrations in ISOPADEC, especially members of the Governing Board, have had a well documented dossier of internal wrangling, overflow of boardroom shenanigans, intrigues and physical combats which ultimately scuppered policy making and ex*****on. This is why the harmony between the current members of the Governing Body of ISOPADEC is both salutary and heartwarming.
We have embarked on a study of the individual members that make up the Board of ISOPADEC .
For instance, in the Board, the Commission is witnessing the bountiful effect of having an academia of the highest echelon and an elite traditional ruler, HRH Eze Prof Dele Odigbo serving as Chairman. His native and academic intelligence, overall, has engendered peace at the board level.
The same can also be said of the Managing Director and CEO of ISOPADEC, Chief Charles Orie. Rising from the rubbles of poverty by dint of hardwork decades ago to becoming a reference name in success, Akuatuegwu as he's fondly called has brought to bear his wealth of experience from the private sector in the administration of ISOPADEC. Calm and purpose-driven, the CEO of the interventionist agency has transformed the Commission from its former state of inactivity to the enviable superhighway of human and infrastructural development, to the glory of God.
We cannot say less about Evang. Tony Gray Okpe, Hon. Engr. Uche Agabiga, Hon. Arc. Vincent Odih, Hon. Goodluck Dioke, Hon Nkenna J. Nzeruo, Hon. Engr. Davis Ogbuji, Hon. Casmir Cassidy Ohamara, Hon. Dr. Chikezie Justice Onyeka, and Hon. Engr. Gilbert Chiedozie Nwosu who are all substantive members of the Governing Board of ISOPADEC.
