What a year 2023 has been! This year was packed full of adventures and amazing moments. That’s not to say that things were always easy though - there were losses, floods, injuries, and MANY things that didn’t quite go to plan but I choose to focus on the positives.

Thank you to every one of you who made this year a great one. Thank you for supporting me and all things Sage. Thank you for the laughs, your help, so many great times, and the amazing trips. Thank you for listening, for giving me advice, thank you for caring, thank you for your love and your kindness. Thank you all for your friendship and for being so damn awesome. I am truly grateful and I appreciate every one of you.

I’ve learned many lessons, I’ve laughed, I’ve cried, and I’ve grown. I hope that I’ve made a difference in your life this year - even if it was something small like kind words at the right moment.

2024 is filled with 365 brand new opportunities and promises many more adventures and incredible moments. I look forward to everything the next year has to offer and can’t wait to hang out with you at some point.

MJ DICKSON

MJ Dickson is a Paranormal Investigator, Psychic Medium, Writer, Paranormal Television Producer, and Director, based in Warwickshire, UK. She is known for her work as the co-host on Sky Pick TVs hit paranormal show - ‘Paranormal Captured’ and has worked on shows such as ‘Destination Fear’, ‘Most Terrifying Places’, ‘Paranormal Lockdown’, ‘Hotel Paranormal’, and three seasons of ‘In Search Of The Paranormal’, as well as other popular shows and documentaries.

Her experiences with the paranormal began at a young age and she soon realized that she had inherited her mothers' psychic abilities. Paired with her military father’s penchant for logic, MJ found that this unusual combination of psychic and skeptic lent itself perfectly to becoming a successful paranormal investigator. Those skills came in handy when she suspected she was living in a haunted house and wanted answers. MJ has investigated hundreds of locations worldwide. Her research has taken her from the UK, USA, and Europe to places such as South Africa and Zimbabwe, in search of all things strange.

MJ lectures at paranormal conventions around the world, teaching others the risks involved and the basics of investigating as well as a wide range of other topics, a popular Paracon lecturer. Due to her professionalism and the level of evidence she was able to document, Dickson is recognized as one of the top female investigators in the field worldwide.

She is the founder of ‘Sage Paranormal’, a paranormal events and holiday company based in Warwickshire, UK. In 2016 MJ launched the ‘Sage Paracon’, the most exclusive paranormal convention within the UK. In addition to her paranormal investigation events, the ‘Sage Paracon’, and her busy lecture schedule, MJ hosts ‘Sage Adventures’. These range from spooky weekend getaways exploring all things paranormal to her ‘Sea Adventures’- a 10-night Paranormal Cruise, as well as her ‘Land Adventures’ which are 10-night adventures to haunted locations around the world.

In 2018 she worked alongside ‘Groff Entertainment’ as the Production Location Consultant for season 4 of the popular television series 'Paranormal Lockdown'. MJ has not only worked onscreen but also as the Production Coordinator for Travel Channels ‘Most Terrifying Places’, The UK Fixer on ‘Hotel Paranormal’, and a producer on ‘Destination Fear’ for Travel Channel & Discovery Plus. She has also filmed 'Paranormal: Captured - Dead Of Winter (90-minute special) which aired on Sky Pick tv in December 2020.

She is currently working on a new show which is set to be released on Discovery Plus this ‘Ghostober’.

Her paranormal autobiography book, 'Never Goodbye, Only Goodnight: Lessons From The Afterlife’ is now available on Amazon. MJ is currently working on her next book ‘Beneath The African Sky: Supernatural Africa’, due for release later this year.

It is very rare that she is not doing something along the lines of investigating, researching, and exploring all things weird and unknown. In her free time, she can often be found singing and playing guitar on stage at her local open mic nights, she also enjoys writing for numerous publications.

IN SEARCH OF THE PARANORMAL - TV SHOW

MJ, Carl, Corrine, and Alex investigate some of the most notorious haunted locations in the U.K. 'In Search Of The Paranormal' is a paranormal docu-series that follows the team as they attempt to gather evidence of the hauntings in locations such as Drakelow Tunnels (Season 1), The Skirrid Inn (Season 2), and Bodmin Jail (Season 3).

They spend a full week per location investigating claims of paranormal activity, interviewing eyewitnesses, digging into location research, working with psychic mediums, and trying numerous experiments to capture the alleged paranormal activity on camera.

Each season focuses on ONE location. From research and interviews to 4 main paranormal investigations.

The team consists of MJ Dickson, Carl Hutchinson, Corrine Gretton-West, and Alex Gretton-West. The four of them have travelled throughout the U.K. as well as the USA to investigate some incredible locations.
