HYPERVIRAL. Hammerhead shark chases spotted eagle ray. It happened on the island of Cozumel, in an area known as "El Cielito", which is visited by large numbers of tourists and locals every day, who on this occasion were able to witness an event like few others.
One of the largest predators of the spotted eagle ray (aetobatus narinari) is the great hammerhead shark and there have been reports of sightings of the shark during eagle ray season.
The video shows the agility with which the eagle ray evades the hammerhead shark on multiple occasions, jumping out of the water at least 8 times. "It's nature, it's life" said one of the passengers of the boat from where the recording of the event was made.
For scientific groups that investigate these species, this type of record is very valuable.

Diving boat saves the life of a foreign diver who was floating in the sea of Cozumel
Tourist service providers who carried out diving activities saved the life of a septuagenarian foreigner who was floating unconscious in the sea near a hotel in Cozumel.
The information provided by the crew of a boat, indicates that minutes before seven in the afternoon they went diving with a client, when they looked out the stern they saw what at first looked like a turtle, however, they realized that it was a person. Everything seems to indicate that the American Dennis E.S. 69-year-old suffered a heart attack while doing underwater activities.
The man was immediately boarded the ship Ana María 3 where fortunately one of the crew named José Concepción used his knowledge in first aid applying resuscitation, even though the foreigner did not seem to have vital signs. After several attempts he managed to revive him, managing to perceive very slight heartbeats.
By that time the C5 had already received a report from the captain named Pablo. An ambulance was dispatched from a private clinic on the island to the Allegro hotel, where he was taken off the pier and transferred in critical but stable condition to a private clinic, where he was treated and later relatives of the man could be located.

AMAZING. Swimming deer. Astonishment caused among employees and visitors of the beach club Mr. Sanchos to see a shadow in the distance of what some thought would be a shark and then they realized it was a deer! The animal seemed to be swimming to Playa del Carmen swimming due to the excessive cost of the ferry ticket, but a tourist service provider convinced him and escorted him to the shore of the beach where the deer fled, tired from swimming, but refreshed by the delicious dip in the beautiful beaches of Cozumel. 🦌😎
