The horrific life and crimes of Linda Burfield Hazzard, part 2 out tonight. Hazzard claimed the lives of countless individuals through starvation tactics and managed to con them out of their money and land at the same time. The first 2 pictures are of Hazzard after finally being arrested. The final picture is of Dorothea Williamson, a survivor and wealthy young woman who helped put Hazzard behind bars but not before major efforts by friends and family.

Ever wonder how we became so well learned about the inner workings of the human anatomy?
Spoiler alert: X-rays and MRIs weren’t invented yet.
We had to learn a lot the good old fashioned way, and that was a hot controversial subject for hundreds of years. Eventually it would lead to outright murder for pay, perhaps unbeknownst to the surgical anatomists at the time, perhaps not…..
Join us for our next episode while Megan and I dissect the dark history behind the science of anatomical history.

Well folks, I won’t lie. I’ve lost a lot of friends and family over the last 20+ years of my life. In fact if you average it out, it would be about 1 per year. Loosing my mom has by far been the hardest to endure. I’ve wanted to work and publish episodes and yet the time evades me as I mourn. Please, continue to bare with me, friends, I feel the best is yet to come. To those of you who continue to follow along or who have found is on my hiatus, thank you so much for being part of this journey. There will be more morbid medical history to come.

I’m in the process of editing a little teeny tiny minisode for you nerds to talk about a little bit of the history of this beautiful and fascinating building.
