This one is simple but powerful. If you don't play, you can't win. Be willing to learn and fail, and take as many shots as you can. Build that muscle memory!

Challenge: Next time you're on the fence on doing something, deliberately do it. Get in there and learn. It's okay to fall down. Get back up and try again!
