Virtual Lifestyle with Emuna Zamani Sharing my virtual experiences to show that being online can be positive and add enrichment to our lives. I also create digital products. Emuna

I found virtual worlds/spaces during a very tough time in my life. I knew that escaping the problems in my life was not an option but there were times when I just needed a break. Being online in virtual spaces and gaming gave me that break. I was able to express myself through the creative tools that were provided and also fellowship with others all over the world. Some of those people have now be

come close and personal friends that are also in my real life. My mission with this page is to create a movement to dispel the thought that being online is a negative and dangerous activity. There is more positive but positivity rarely sells in the media world so we won’t find many mainstream media outlets that will report on how gaming keeps aging minds active or how finding online friends combats depression and su***de. As a virtual resident, I can tell you how spending some of my time online opened my eyes to other cultures, taught me skills such as coding, photo editing and video creating. Most importantly, being online gave me a community where I was able to find more people like me and I knew I had a tribe although some of us were physically separated by hundreds of miles. I hope that you will join my mission. I am only one person but we are many.
