Chairman SIDICO handed over Agricultural Tools Like Power Triller, Grass Cutting Machines, Spray Machines, Agronet, Tunnel Plastics, Poly Pipes etc. to the beneficiaries of the GPU Under the presence of Sh. JD Agriculture Deptt. Namchi, Wok Omchu GPU Zilla Panchayat Ms. , Gram Panchayats Mr. Issac Lucksom, Mr.Kiran Rai, Mrs. Nawmati Rai, Mrs. Reena Rai along with Concern VLWs Mr. Prem Dhoj Rai ( Agriculture) and Mr. Kiran Rai( Horticulture) Govt. Of Sikkim.

ोम्छु_ग्राम_पञ्चायत_इकाई
अाज पोकलोक कामराङ समष्टिका समष्टि स्तरीय अध्यक्ष श्री के. बि. राई K B Rai द्वारा Wok-Omchu SHG Federation को मासिक सभामा उपस्थिति जनाउनु भयो।
स्वयं सहायता समुहको तत्वधानमा डाकिएको यो सभामा
श्री के. बि. राईले अाफ्नो छोटो सम्बोधनमा विगतका दिनहरुमा स्वय सहायता समुह अन्यायमा परेको र सरकार पक्ष बाट आवश्यक सहायता नपाएको तर वर्तमान SKM सरकारमा उहाहरुले न्याय पाउने र मुखले मात्रै नभएर कार्यमा पनि उतार्ने उहाले कटिबद्धता व्यक्त गरे। साथै भविष्यका दिनहरुमा जस्तै अवस्थामा पनि अाफु अनि सरकार समुहको साथमा खडा रहने पनि उनले बता साथै नारीहरु आफै उन्नतिशील बन्ने र कसैको भरमा नरहने पनि उहाले अावहान गरे।
यसैगरी श्री पदम शर्मा ( President, Kishan Morcha, Sikkim) ले आफ्नो संबिधानमा स्वयं सहायता समुहलाई अझै टेवा पुर्याउन वर्तमान सरकारले E-marketing पनि सुरु गरेको पनि जानकारी गराए साथै समुहले सरकार बाट के कस्तो फायदाहरु लिन सक्छ भन्ने कुराहरुमा पनि प्रकाश पार्नु भयो।
यसैगरी Federation का अध्यक्ष योजना राई, श्री तेन्जिङ लेप्चा Tenzing Ayoungsoboo अनि त्यसै भेग अन्तर्गत स्वयं सहायता समुहका प्रतिनिधि बाट पनि आ-आफ्नो मनतव्य राखिएका थियो।
यसै अवधि श्री के. बि. राईको बाहुलि बाट जम्मा दस वटा Tailoring Machene पनि वक-अोम्छुका स्वयं सहायता समुहलाई हस्तान्तरण गरियो।
यो कार्यक्रम खण्ड विकास अधिकारी मेडम तिर्साङ तामाङ Trisang Tamang, माननीय ग्राम पञ्चायतगण(Sh. Issac Lucksom, Sh. Deepen Thapa, Sh. Kiran Linkha Yakha), मिनु राई (Convenor, Nari Shakti Poklok Kamrang Constituency), श्री Nar Bir Rai( Ex. CEC member), बबिता लिम्बु(G.S. SKM South), Sh. Sujendra Yakha Rai, Sh. Pramod Chettri( Coordinator to HCM Office), Sh. Rekhiman Tamang(CLC Youth Convenor), Sh. Roshan Rai(CLC Youth coordinator), Sh. एक समय वैश्विक महामारी Covid-19 ले सिक्किम भित्र पनि मानिसहरुलाई धेरै त्रासित बनाएको थियो, तर सिक्किम सरकार अनि स्वास्थ विभागको तत्परतामा अाज त्यो सामान्य बिषय बनेको छ। बड्दै गरेको पोजिटिभ केसको आक्डामा सुधार आएको प्रमाण अाज सार्वजनिक छ।
त्यसैगरी हिजो फेरि दक्षिण सिक्किम स्थित नाम्चि SAMDRUPTSHE ISOLATION मा रहेका दुई जना स्वास्थ लाभ गरि पोकलोक-कामराङ चुनाव क्षेत्र अन्तर्गत पाबोङ अाफ्नो घर-परिवार बीच फर्किएका छन्।

Namchi, 20th May: In the wake of an ongoing pandemic, the members of Lamaten Tingmoo Gram Panchayat Unit (GPU) under Barfung Constituency conducted a disinfectant drive today.

The program also saw distribution of masks and sanitizers by Panchayat President Shri. Sancha Limboo alongside other panchayat members and staff of Gram Prashan Kendra (Village Administrative Center).

The outbreak of pandemic C19 and its subsequent spread has brought the planet to a screeching halt. The World is clasped into a state of delirium forcing complete lockdown probably the worst ever recorded in the human history.

Social Distancing, Sanitizers and Face masks are the new survival mantra.

And while most of us have the convenience of staying indoors with our loved ones inside a protective cocoon and cut off from the World. There are those who have taken upon themselves to safeguard Sikkim and it's people from the deadly virus. Armed with nothing but PPEs and courage they are working in the frontlines so that the rest of us at home may breathe a sigh of relief.

Doctors, Paramedics, Police Personnel, Bureaucrats, District Heads, Sub Divisional Heads and Line Staff, Block Officers, Armies, Drivers and by and large everyone who have been deputed at the frontline have been working tirelessly despite high risk of contact with the virus are but Heroes and Saviors.

The entire SKM team on behalf of the people of Sikkim would like to thank each and every individuals deputed at the frontline.


You are our Heroes.

Namchi, 21 April; looking at the hard working Hospital's staff and Health workers who have been working hard day and night even at this serious pandemic. Our HCM Madam Smt. krishna Rai (Tamang) who we also know has a really a big heart, humble and caring. For all the staff and workers she thought of a really great idea which is almost completed now. Her idea of setting up of a covud-19 mobile testing booth i.e forehead temperature/ sample can take from inside of the booth.
Booth is fully necessary equipt by
1- air locked.
2- light (electric).
3- Micro phone in/out ( Ahuja coy).
4- UNIT- T UT 306H Infrared thermometer.
This booth will be help for the frontline health workers which will help them to maintain social distancing. Also our sikkim state is going to be the first to have such kind of booth in North-East India.This kind and big step if setup by our Hon'ble Chief Minister of Sikkim Shriman PS Tamang (Golay) then it will be of great help and benefit the whole state.

Note - this procedure is modelled on south korea .
It is low cost .
It also portable- it can be mounted on a car and transported.
Collection process fully contactless gets over in 5 minutes. The mobile test booth is likely to significantly reduce manpower requirement and ppe kits also.
