The burnout is REAL 😰 😴 Strap in because we are about to go over the top three reasons entrepreneurs are likely to run into burnout. Let’s go🏃🏻‍♀️💨

Definition of ‘burnout’: Burnout is a state of emotional, physical, and mental exhaustion caused by excessive and prolonged stress. 😕🧟‍♀️

What are the three top causes of burnout? 🤬

1. Passion: You are either overly passionate in your work and not leaving enough room for personal health 😳OR you are not truly passionate about your work and are putting all your energy into the WRONG thing! 🤥

2. Trouble delegating: Delegating tasks can be difficult because you are used to managing EVERY aspect of your business. However, this leads to putting too much on your plate and eventually causing burnout! ☠️

3. Powering through the rough patches: As a culture we ‘value’ the ability to thrive during diffuse times. If you ignore the emotional and physical toll of a rough patch a burnout is inevitable. 🆘
