While we do believe that showing face to camera is the most effective way at connecting with your audience… sometimes, life is busy, things don’t go as planned, you get sick, or are just feeling low energy - and that’s OK too!

All perfectionist raise your hands 🙋🏻‍♀️

I recently read an article written by a woman named Rebecca Crespo and she went through 10 reasons why done is better than perfect. I related to every single reason, but I’ll share with you the two that stood out the most!

1. With your constant fear of failure and not being enough, perfectionism makes you be in a state of paralysis where you feel stuck and can't get anything done. In return, you choose to settle for not doing anything at all. With your need for getting everything right, you don't know which direction to go.

2. You will never achieve productivity if you're stuck on perfecting something, and this is a lesson perfectionists learn the hard way. No matter how hard you try, you can't have both perfection and productivity in one go. They contrast one another.
