THIS WEEK:
CMRICTHS has SBM Level 3 Practice
Our school is praised once again for its top shelf insitutional practice. We showed them what we have done. We showed who we are. We raised our flag and sang our song proudly.
We told our story.
School Based Management (SBM) has proven itself a way of keeping schools alive. CRMICTHS has always been motivated to serve the Filipino child and provide them the best ICT-based basic education in the area, yet, SBM guides its hands inti focusing its energy to maximize its productivity and further align it with the vision and mission of the Department of Education (DepEd).
With the recent loosening of its admission and transferring policies, something about the way the school has identified itself through the years changed. There are no more screenings. Transferees are now welcome. CMRICTHS has fully become a "Regular School with a Special Program in ICT" that caters to every learner it can accomodate. The community is becoming bigger and bigger. The faculty is gaining a larger membership. These changes added to the challenges of the pandemic, it seemed difficult to see opportunities because biting the bright side may be easier said, than done.
As CMRICTHS, we didn't succumb to letting the winds guide us. We took on every challenge and solved them one by one. Overcoming every obstacle has become more like a way of life for the ICT teacher than a rare occurence.
This week, our efforts as teachers, learners, partner parents and legal guardians, community leaders, administrators, and stakeholders of such an esteemed school in Angeles City to make it shine showed. We are, once more, Level 3... and we are in the business of keeping it that way, if not better.
