1. The Obstacle
There's one thing that's very relatable: Overcoming an obstacle in their life. What's yours? Write it down. The obstacle should be relatable to that which your audience is experiencing.

2. The internal struggle
These are feelings, how we feel inside because of the obstacle faced in step 1. Here, use words to make the feeling come alive.

3. The external struggle
Struggling that can be seen and heard, such as----->
Losing weight, a poor living situation....

4. The "change" event
The important decision you made that led you from your struggles to your transformation.

5. The spark
That moment when you realized things were about to change for the better. When you went from feeling helpless and hopeless to hopeful.

6. The guide
The person who lifted you, helped you and nudged you till you got a breakthrough.

7. The result
This is the transformation, the success, the breakthrough.

8. Call to action
What do you want your audience to do after listening to your well-packaged story. Buy your product? Join your email list? Share your post? etc.

9. Write your story out using this framework and then cut 30% of your words.

The better storyteller you become, the easier it is for your target customers to trust and buy from you.
