I personally work in conduent, this is actually my first time job ever. I am currently a second year college student, and yes, they're accepting students but make sure you can manage your time and responsibilities. This is the best place to start early for your career. The environment is comfortable and all employees and trainer are friendly. There are two months training onsite and after that you'll be sent to wfh set up. Superbb talaga yung experience dito sa conduent, tutulungan ka nilang maggrow as a call center agent, di ka basta basta bibitawan. Mataas din ang passing rate. To share you my experience, tbh, I was struggling in english but luckily I passed, sobrang considerate nila but of course don't abused it.
The process will be:
� Virtual language assessment
if you passed this one
� Virtual final interview na agad
� Then contract signing
