Reluctantly my mother agreed to let me post this picture. She's not a fan of the camera. That said, I'm moving her into gentle nutrition changes towards S.O.U.L. Food = Seasonal, Organic, Unprocessed and Local. Shes enjoying her green sugar free smoothie. New podcast episode in the works, thank you for your understanding while I care for my mother. She's stable and making progress!
