Ванильные сырники

Ингредиенты:
▫️творог 9% — 500 г
▫️яйца куриные — 3 шт.
▫️ванилин — 5 г
▫️соль — 1 щепотка
▫️сахар демерара — 100 г
▫️мука — 100 г
▫️мука 1 сорт — 100 г

Способ приготовления:
1. Яйца взбиваем в пену вместе с сахаром и ванилином. Добавляем творог и хорошо его разминаем до однородной массы.
2. Добавляем соль в 100 г муки. Замешиваем творожное тесто. Формируем небольшие шарики (примерно 12 штук). Нужно из слегка приплюснуть сверху и придать форму сырника. Обваливаем в 100 г муки.
3. Масло хорошо раскалить и выпекать сырники по 5 минут с каждой стороны. Затем можно выложить в противень и запечь в духовке еще 15 минут при температуре 180°C.
