I finished Station Eleven by Emily St. John Mandel last night and I have some feelings. This is a post apocalyptic novel following various characters before and after "the collapse" of humanity due to a raging viral outbreak. This was such a beautiful and heartbreaking book. I'm not often emotionally affected by books but this one really spoke to me. The intertwining stories and characters were woven together effortlessly and the discussion on survival vs actually living really made me think. Is it better to just end it all rather than just surviving or by surviving can you hope to create a better life out of what you have and is that possible in the climate of this book. Although the plot is scarily close to home at the moment this book actually made me grateful for what we do have. I know people either love or hate this book but I absolutely adored it. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I just finished Cujo by Stephen King and I wasn't expecting this book to make me cry but omg 😭😭 I have found with the Stephen King's books I've read so far that I either absolutely love them or hate them (*cough* *cough* Carrie *cough*). I am a big dog lover so this book hit different, Stephen King really is not afraid to go into those dark corners that other authors usually won't touch which sometimes makes things really interesting and sometimes makes things downright disturbing. I've only read Pet Semetary, Carrie (yawn) and Cujo and Cujo has earned second place after Pet Semetary which is one of my favourite books of all time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4 stars from me!

Hi everyone 😄 I'm really sorry for not posting anything in a long time, I have one video ready to edit and a couple that I want to film. I filmed two other videos but I wasn't very happy with them and it just put me in a slump for a while.

Also I worry that people aren't going to be interested in what I want to post. I really want to do some book videos (recommendations, reviews, books I'm excited to read etc.) but I worry that no one will be interested. I know that shouldn't stop me but I want to post stuff that everyone will like too.
