Krista here sharing some progress pics (almost) a year a part and some more recent progress pics. I am so proud of how far I’ve come working with my amazing nutrition coach on counting macros and really just understanding what my body needs from me. Thank you for your patience through the ups and downs.

Let’s talk about G O A L S.
With the tumult and uncertainty in our country currently and the resulting stress it causes, we find the best way to cope is to focus on the things we can control. Which is why for 2021 we are committing to health goals that will help keep us grounded and sane. 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️

The 2021 challenge offers support from a community of others on their self improvement journeys, motivation and accountability. The challenge runs through the end of March and is meant to help us get over the hump and stick with our 2021 goals (read more on the Arya blog - link in bio.) We will be sharing weekly updates on how it’s going, so make sure to follow along!

Jenny’s goal is to do her first ever bulk, to build muscle - and to be okay with the number on the scale. She’s never worked out without the intent of losing weight, so her focus is on body composition, gaining muscle and strength! This will require sticking to her macros and doing a clean bulk.

Krista’s goal is to do a minimum of 4 workouts per week. This will be a combination of outdoor and indoor walks on the treadmill and doing strength workouts with . Getting moving more will help with her longterm goal of cutting fat and losing weight.

Hi fit fam - this is Krista. Jenny and I are twins, though we may not look the most twinsy right now. I recently gained about 40 pounds due to a medication I’m on and the overall stress of quarantine has certainly not helped. My health goal is to shed some pounds the healthy way by fueling my body with nutritious foods with the correct macronutrient balance. This means getting enough PROTEIN so I can burn fat and build muscle 💪
My over all goal is to eventually lose 60 pounds, feel stronger, to have more energy in general, and of course to look more like my twin again 😜 The way I’m going to get there is by meal prepping (and sticking to it!), doing 3-4 workouts per week and getting 5-10K steps per day.

I’m a big believer in having a support system and the right team in your corner. Jenny has had success working with others to reach her fitness goals, and is now focused on maintaining strength and muscle mass. Seeing her crush her goals is why I decided to work with a nutrition coach () and fitness coach () as well. It feels great to begin this journey and I’ll be posting updates along the way. Thanks for following us and being a part of our fitness journey! ♥️

When we first came up with the idea to do workout videos, I was scared. Scared to put myself out there... because I’m not exactly thrilled with my body right now.

But with the support of my sister and a few people close to me, I decided to go for it. It’s so much easier and fun to stay motivated with a team in your corner.

So, if you need some people on your team and help reaching your goals - we are here for you! You can start by giving this full body workout a try. We hope it makes you feel strong 💪
