✨Model Spotlight: Meet Memegwaans✨
🦋 Memegwaans means ‘little butterfly’ in Anishinaabemowin and she truly brings the spirit of little butterflies into every endeavour. Though she grew up in Regina, Saskatchewan, her roots are from both Sagamok Anishinawbek and Montreal Lake Cree Nation.
🐱👩💼 A Virgo and cat lover, Memegwaans is about to start her legal career at a criminal law firm later this year!
🌟 She’s a multi-talented force, from hitting the Powwow trail, creating captivating digital art on her iPad, sewing ribbon skirts and making TikTok videos. She’s also passionate about supporting other Indigenous artists, like Yolonda Skelton and Snotty Nose Rez Kids.
