Dieses Monster ist der Fiat 2000. Es wurde von Italien während des Ersten Weltkriegs entwickelt und war enorm, besonders für die Zeit. Es wog rund 44 Tonnen und hatte eine Rüstung von 20 mm. Es hatte auch einen Turm, der damals ein ziemlich neuartiges Merkmal war. Es wurden nur zwei Prototypen gebaut. WWW.Alfashirt.de

This is one of Germany's Karl-Gerät self-propelled motars. These 140-ton machines were armed with a 600 mm mortar, and could launch shells weighing more than a car a distance of around 2.5 miles. Although they were technically self-propelled, transport over distance was performed by rail.

The German Paris Gun inside Krupp's factory. There are so many fascinating quirks to these guns. One of which is that each gun was provided with a certain amount of rounds that had to be fired in a specific sequence. Each was slightly larger than the last, to accommodate the rapid barrel wear.
