Trust me when I say this.. this is a salad that does not suck! 🥗If you hate eating raw veggies like me you should give this a try.
🥦• INGREDIENTS •🥦
Cauliflower
Sweet potato
Carrot
Protein of your choice
Bell pepper
Cilantro/parsley
Cabbage
Olive oil
DRESSING🌱
Vegan mayo/ regular mayonnaise
Garlic powder
Dried oregano
Plain yogurt
Salt & pepper
PREPARATION🥬
-Chop cauliflower,sweet potatoes (you can use any potatoes) and carrots.
-cover them in olive oil, garlic powder, salt and herbs of your choice.
- Roast it at 180*C for 25mins
Flip half way.
- serve it with cilantro, bell pepper,tomatoes, any protein you like and you can use any alternative veggies you like to add.
