Today under the supervision of Block medical officer Tangmarg mega Adolescent health day cm awareness camp was organised at Govt High school at Badarkut village where large no adolescents ,parents,staff and stakeholders participated. Comprehensive awareness regarding mental health,NCD,substance abuse ,covid appropriate behaviour was given to audience.
Free medication like calcium, IFA, and sanitary pads were given to deserving participants.
Moreover BMO Tangmarg Dr Saba wani also actively participated and also delivered awareness speech.
BDC Chandil presented word of thanks to health dep.and particularly BMO mam for serving to public despite pandemic situation.

Budgam police arrests 03 LeT terrorist associates; Incriminating material recovered

April 17: Police in Budgam along with 53RR have arrested three terrorist associates linked with proscribed terror outfit LeT and recovered incriminating materials from their possession.

They have been identified as Adil Ahmad Dar, Tahir Ahmad Bhat both residents of Narbal and Ghulam Mohd Gojre resident of Kawoosa Khalisa.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the arrested terrorist associates were providing shelter, logistics and other material support including transportation of arms and ammunition of the terrorists of proscribed terror outfit LeT in Magam, Narbal and Beerwah areas of Budgam.

All the three arrested terrorist associates have been in touch with the PaK terror commanders through various social media platforms as well as they were also in constant touch with Lashkar e Toiba self styled terror commander Mohd Yousuf Dar & Abrar Nadeem Bhat.

Incriminating material including ammunition and posters of proscribed terror outfit LeT were recovered from the possession of the arrested terrorist associates.

Accordingly, a case FIR No. 51/2021 under relevant sections of law has been registered in Police Station Magam and investigation into the matter has been initiated.
