7 lessons on simple thinking:

1. Clarify your goals.
Simple thinking starts with clarity. What are you trying to achieve? What are your priorities? Once you know what you want, you can start to eliminate the clutter and focus on what's important.

2. Break down complex problems into smaller ones.
Complex problems can seem overwhelming, but they can be easily solved by breaking them down into smaller, more manageable steps. This will make them seem less daunting and more achievable.

3. Focus on the present moment.
Simple thinkers focus on the present moment. They don't dwell on the past or worry about the future. This allows them to be more present in their lives and to make decisions that are in their best interests.

4. Avoid overthinking.
Overthinking is the enemy of simple thinking. When we overthink, we get bogged down in details and make things more complicated than they need to be. Instead, learn to trust your instincts and make decisions quickly and decisively.

5. Let go of things that don't matter.
Simple thinkers don't sweat the small stuff. They know that life is too short to worry about things that are out of their control. Instead, they focus on the things that they can control and that make them happy.

6. Be mindful of your language.
The way we speak to ourselves and others can have a profound impact on our thoughts and feelings. Simple thinkers use positive and empowering language. They avoid negative self-talk and focus on the good things in their lives.

7. Be grateful for the simple things in life.
Simple thinkers appreciate the simple things in life. They find joy in nature, in spending time with loved ones, and in the small everyday moments. This allows them to live a more fulfilling and contented life.

In Buddhism we try not to take things for granted. We try to examine all preconceptions. For example, what is this world after all?

The Buddha says that in this fathom-long body with its perceptions and thoughts there is the world and the worldโ€™s origin and the worldโ€™s end and the way to the worldโ€™s end. Itโ€™s all right here!

Also he says that the โ€œallโ€ is only the eye and visible forms, the ear and sounds, the nose and smells, the tongue and tastes, the body and tangible impressions, and the mind and mental objects.

This world is a put-together thing that depends on conditions, and we should try to understand it in order to remove suffering and realize peace.

I donโ€™t mean we have to torment ourselves with speculations about ultimate reality or unreality. What matters is understanding our experience as it happens, as it presents itself to us right in the present moment.

The world we live in and need to understand is, according to Buddhism, not a permanent entity but only the built-up result of innumerable conditions, which we are aware of through the functioning of our senses.

Light falls on the eye, or sound on the ear, and consciousness occurs. Out of the many operations of our senses there comes to be our idea of the world.

"One day, a rich dad took his son on a trip to a Village. He wanted to show his son how poor someone can be. They spent time on the farm of a poor family. On their return from the trip, the father asked his son, "How was the trip?" "It was great, Dad.'" "Did you see how poor people live?" the father asked "Oh yes", said the son "So, tell me, what did you learn from the trip?" asked the father. The son answered: "We have one dog, they have many, we have a pool, they have rivers, we have tube lights at night, they have stars. We buy foods, they grow theirs, we have walls to protect us, they have friends, faithful relatives and neighbors to protect them. We have T.V, but they spent time with their family instead of wasting time in front of the TV ." The boy's father was speechless. Then his son added: "Thanks, Dad for showing me how poor we are." MORAL OF THE STORY: It is not about money that makes us rich, its simplicity, love, compassion, friendship, values, family, that makes our lives rich....."

May the triple gem The Buddha, Dhamma and Sangha bless you, all other family members, Dhamma friends and every being to have good health, peace, ease, comfort, success and happiness by being free from all sicknesses, problems, worries, difficulties and sufferings....! I'm sharing lot of merits and mettฤ to all of you May every heart be filled with joy, compassion, happiness and success. May the happiness be set up at every corner of the world....!

Human beings have received the ability to look at the heart that causes suffering that other beings do not have from universal dharma.
It is the function of the mind and thoughts, the ability to see beyond the mind. It can be introduced by any word such as mindfulness, wisdom. That ability is emerging.

The ultimate goal of this vision is to get rid of the mind that is afflicted by ignorance, and greed. The actions of ignorance and greed are freed from all by knowing, seeing and Comprehension with wisdom. (Nirvana). It's a sight at the moment.
Nirvana should be seen at this moment.
It is not received after death.

Only a person who renounces the family can tell how much happiness there is under the shelter of the Buddha. Because those who leave the family and take Prabajya are truly happy. Their minds are fixed. Desires cannot arise in their minds. Because their life is a life of sacrifice. They don't want or get anything. There is no retreat, no fear, dread and misery, there is only absolute happiness sheltered under the shadow of the Buddha..!!

Buddha Philosophy, Dhamma Philosophy, Sangha Philosophy. Buddhism is a philosophy. It is not just a religion. It is a way of realizing the truth. This religion shows the way to get rid of human suffering. Which is not in any other religion. Other religions are limited to heaven and hell. But Buddhism gave more importance to nirvana rather than heaven The main goal of all of us Buddhists is to attain absolute nirvana. So we should engage ourselves in Nirvana Sadhana from now on The mind should be still. Sadhu Sadhu Sadhu ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™

Buddhism is the only religion that does not accept the concept of God. Because Buddhism is not dependent on any god or creator. Because Buddhists think that we are our own protectors. We ourselves enjoy the fruits according to our karma. There is no invisible creator or hand of God. We have our own judgment in every step of our life. We manage ourselves We are not governed by an invisible creator.
