Erikka Storch will give us a call from Charleston where the Republican majorities have proposed several bills that would impact the operation of municipalities across the state – including Wheeling. One example is the $2-per-week User Fee that is paid by employees working in Wheeling and is earmarked for public safety and infrastructure … but some state lawmakers wish to eliminate the system in the Mountain State.
