Yes, we can control it for that moment. But, it’s not that easy to control it every time without training your mind.
How to train your mind?
By cultivating awareness of your thoughts and knowing when you are thinking something which is not serving you.
You can be more aware by practicing many techniques such as somantic breathing, mindfulness or in simple word Meditation 🧘🏽♂️.
