Illuminating Tomorrow’s Stars in Music, Film, and Comedy Today OUR HISTORY

LATV was founded originally as a media technology professional services company.

After having spent years traveling the world and working to assist premier broadcasters and motion picture studios perfect their content, the interest grew to try to use that same technology to document the history around the Philadephia region. While places like Jamestown and Williamsburg get most of the attention, the truth is that the USA had its birth in Philadephia. At one time Philadelphia h

ad a mayor, a governor, and a president. Our interest focused on places like Alloway and Pilesgrove-Woodstown areas in South New Jersey, the city of Philadelphia, and New Castle, Delaware, mostly with the incomparable expertise and insight of Gregg Perry, trained at the Louvre and in London in period furniture and architectural preservation. Our sister company, a non-profit, the South New Jersey Center and Institute for the Arts, was bringing together local talent at the Pennsville Public Library in Pennsville, NJ, in the form of a variety show. Some of our early work survives via LATV and the LATVP Network. Gaining more confidence in our ability to showcase local talent, we ventured out looking for additional venues and opportunities which led us to the Yachtstock River Jam and the High Vibe Festival. More recently, LATVP Network recorded a private event for the Laura Cheadle band, and we filmed much of the 2022 Ladybug Music Festival. In 2022-2023, we are gaining momentum in our production and post-production capabilities. We will be reaching out to venues, booking agents, and bands with their studios who are interested in partnering with us to form strategic alliances to increase appreciation for local musicians, comedians, film makers, and performing artists, and to generate additional revenue for everyone using streaming and SVOD.

The Ladybug Music Festival will be featuring Jada Lee this coming Friday, May 31 in Wilmington, Delaware. Jada Lee is an R&B singer and known as a "triple threat" - singer, songwriter, and music engineer.
She will be performing at 7:15 PM at the Willingtown Square venue.

Q. Who are your fans?
A: "I would definitely say more than anything, my fans are people who I feel like are in touch with their emotions. And I say that because a lot of my songs are about heartbreaker love. So I feel like you have to be open to accepting those experiences or, you know, even being able to have that maturity to say, Hey, sometimes it's me. Sometimes I'm the problem, sometimes it's other people. But love is something that we all can relate to. So I would definitely say that there are and be lovers there. Maybe there are people who also come up with, came up in a church background. So I feel like as far as me personally, sometimes I struggle with, you know, trying to find a balance between being a Christian girl and make an RB music, especially coming from that background. So I try to, even with my shows, I try to have affirmations and try to speak positivity into people because I feel like there's not a lot of that in this industry."

So I think that's a good encapsulation of Miss Cantaloupe ."

Seeking Music Festival Volunteer Videographers

We invite enthusiastic videographers to volunteer at two upcoming community fundraising events: America Let’s Roll and Yachtstock River Jam. These events support local charities, including Veterans and Children’s Hospital programs, and provide an excellent opportunity for professional development and community engagement.

Event Details:
* America Let’s Roll: Saturday, June 8, 2024, from 10 AM to 8 PM at American Legion Post 28, 31768 Legion Rd., Millsboro, DE.
* Yachtstock River Jam: Saturday, September 28, 2024, from 11 AM until 10 PM at West End Boat Club, Essington, PA.

Volunteer Requirements:
* Availability to work in 2 or 4-hour shifts.
* Own equipment required: iPhones (models 11 to 16), 360 cameras, or professional/prosumer cameras with 1080p or 4K capability.
* Experience is desirable but not mandatory.
